Analysis On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Primary School Campus Basketball In Lianyungang Urban Area Under The Background Of Biddy Basketball Development Plan

CBA had issued Development program for Biddy Basketball in 2017.In this year,relevant departments also held the launching ceremony of the Biddy Basketball League at the Central Primary School in Zhangjiawan Town,Beijing,and promulgated Rules for Biddy Basketball.Basketball has gradually gained attention in primary schools,and how to better carry out basketball practice in primary schools and get out of the development predicament has become the current theme of campus basketball in China.This research has carried out by methods of documentation,questionnaire,surveying method etc.Interviews with students,PE teachers,school leaders and department experts of nine primary schools in Lianyungang urban area are conducted to understand the development situation of basketball courses,extracurricular basketball activities,venue equipment,basketball training and competitions in primary schools in Lianyungang urban area.Thus,to analyze the development difficulties accordingly and propose corresponding countermeasures.The following conclusions were finally drawn through the research:The leadership of primary schools in Lianyungang urban area attaches insufficient importance to campus basketball,and the proportion of primary school campus basketball class hours in each semester physical education class is relatively low.The spontaneous participation of primary school students in the urban area of Lianyungang in extracurricular basketball activities has gradually increased,but there is a lack of professional coaches to guide and practice with.Most of the primary schools in the urban area of Lianyungang have sufficient basketballs facilities,but some school venues and facilities have a certain degree of safety hazards,and the school has not made adequate safety assurance.
