Investigation And Countermeasure Analysis On Current Situation Of Basketball Development In Primary And Middle Schools In Beijing

Sports is a significant symbol of social development and human progress, and also is an great reflection of comprehensive national power and social civilization. Recently, it become an important policies and guidelines to strengthen the physical education and extracurricular exercises and promote the physical and mental health of teenagers in our country. Currently, Beijing is actively developing campus tennis teaching activities, and to be mentioned, the Beijing Oriental international tennis center (BOT) is carrying out the BOT tennis campus line, organizing the tennis training for primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Beijing, promoting tennis and tennis teaching, thus to promote the development of school-based curriculum in tennis in primary and secondary schools in Beijing. Therefore, It matters to analyze the current situation of tennis teaching inside and outside the class in primary and secondary school, and It is with great significance for us to explore how to enhance the level of tennis teaching of primary and secondary schools.Tennis teaching can contribute to cultivate students the idea of lifetime sports, and to improve the overall quality of students.Taken analyze tennis activities inside and outside class in primary and secondary school as the research objects, we analyzed the the present situation of tennis teaching, in aspects of basic information, location, teachers’ age and education status, tennis facilities, tennis class, extracurricular activities in tennis, especially in different types of primary schools including the primary school with strong tradition in tennis class, the primary school with actively carrying out BOT tennis promotion activities, the primary school with a large number of extracurricular activities in tennis.Accordingly, the paper discussed the dilemma and problems of tennis teaching in primary and secondary school, and provided the suggestion and feasible measures of promoting tennis teaching combined with physical education theory and practice of sports management, thus offered the reference to improve the physical education. Additionally, the paper used the literature method, interview method.This paper consists of five parts.The introduction mainly introduced the background and meanings of the research, and reviewed the literatures, then gave the concept definition and research methods.The first chapter mainly discussed the recent situation of tennis lessons in the aspects of teachers, tennis facilities, tennis class, extracurricular activities in tennis, in different types of primary schools including Minzu Elementary School with strong tradition in tennis class, Shifoying Elementary School with actively carrying out BOT tennis promotion activities, Haidian Foreign Language Shiyan School with a large number of extracurricular activities in tennis.The second chapter discussed physical education theory in depth.The first section discussed the theory of sports teaching practice, while the second section discussed teachers and the curriculum theory in primary school, and the third section deeply analyzed the sports management theory.The third chapter provided the policy advice on the tennis teaching in primary and secondary school based on the physical education analysis and the practice of tennis teaching of primary school in Beijing.At the end of he article, we gave the conclusion. We suggested that we should strengthen the attention of the officials, strengthen teaching evaluation, strengthen the teachers team, strength the organization and management of extracurricular activities, allocate more funds and solve the problem of space shortage through external cooperation to improve the standards of tennis teaching in primary and secondary schools in Beijing.
