Case Intervention Study On The Ability Improvement Of Relocated Left-behind Women In The "Post-poverty Alleviation Era"

With the overall victory of poverty alleviation under the current standard,China has begun to step into the "post-poverty alleviation era" with relative poverty as the main form.In the "post-poverty alleviation era",the focus of poverty governance will shift to alleviating relative poverty,consolidating the achievements made in poverty alleviation,preventing the return to poverty,and improving the poverty alleviation capacity.In the "post-poverty alleviation era",the focus of poverty governance is clearly visible,and the target of poverty governance should be clear and tailored to the case.At present,with the implementation of the policy of relocating poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas,the people’s livelihood in the extremely poverty-stricken areas has been greatly improved,but the subsequent development problems have also become the focus on the road of poverty alleviation.Such as change of relocation area of female poverty problem,although under the implementation of the relevant policy implemented out of poverty,but it still faces the lack of main body consciousness,lack of income form of multidimensional poverty,thus,improve the change of relocation area women out of poverty ability is particularly important,this to consolidate the change of poverty alleviation relocation policy effect of poverty alleviation has great significance.In the past,the research on female poverty,on the research perspective,related research tend to social gender perspective and feasible ability perspective,associated with social capital perspective,used less in women anti-poverty research,and relationship perspective through the relationship to accumulate social capital,contribute to improve poverty ability.In terms of research content,most studies tend to be policy research,and related practical research is still in a scattered state.Therefore,practical research is also conducive to enrich relevant research and provide reference for follow-up research.Based on this,this study on the basis of "poverty alleviation" background,poverty ability as the breakthrough point,to change of left-behind women as the research object,using relationship perspective,to build social capital,using social work methods,case intervention,combined with the literature research,participatory observation,semi-structured interview,learn from previous experience,through the change of left-behind women ability of practice,to promote their self-cognitive ability,employment,development and utilization of resources,community participation ability of poverty alleviation.On the basis of the service effect,the practical experience,combined with the field observation of the ability of displaced women from the perspective of social work,to provide practical experience and countermeasure thinking for relevant research,and enrich the research in this field.
