| China has taken poverty alleviation strategy to lift its rural residents out of poverty.However,with its imbalanced development,it is still facing relative poverty.For China,poverty alleviation is an enduring task.Thus,it has been a priority for experts to understand how relative poverty works and figure out how to solve the problem.By using R country as the study case,the author of the paper took case study method to find out solutions for relative poverty and how they work.The paper suggests that governance for relative poverty needs to be driven by agricultural industries and employment.By doing so,rural residents will not only have their income increased,but also have the capability to make a living themselves.These people will be lifted out of poverty eternally,never falling back into poverty again.The paper also finds that multi-pronged approach,with industries and employment as the foundation,driven by capital,labor and psychological factors,will fundamentally achieve poverty alleviation for the rural residents.Poverty alleviation driven by industries and employment restructure government-market relationship and influence local governance structure and relationship.It is of significance to realize the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance and common prosperity. |
