Poverty is one of the major social problems that need to be solved urgently in the world for a long time,and it is directly related to the destiny of mankind and social order.In February 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping announced that my country has eliminated absolute poverty and won a decisive victory in the fight against poverty.As an old revolutionary district,Ganzhou has always been cared and valued by the party and the government.In April 2020,it has historically achieved overall poverty alleviation in the city.Poverty relief is not the end,but the starting point.General Secretary Xi Jinping also clearly pointed out that in poverty alleviation,we cannot get rid of policies,nor do we have to take responsibility.We must pay great attention to groups who have just gotten out of poverty,marginalized people,and newly-increased personnel.While preventing the return to poverty,we must continue to promote poverty alleviation measures to stimulate the internalization of the poor.Vitality.Continue to promote education for poverty alleviation work,on the one hand,can continue to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,on the other hand,enhance human capital and alleviate relative poverty.This article takes Ganzhou’s educational poverty alleviation as the research object,examines the practical effects and practical obstacles of Ganzhou’s educational poverty alleviation,and proposes an optimized strategy for educational poverty alleviation under the background of the urban-rural integration strategy.The thesis first sorts out and summarizes the relevant content of education poverty alleviation at home and abroad,analyzes the existing research results and clarifies the research direction of this article.Secondly,it focuses on the origin and development of urban-rural integration,focusing on the analysis of the relationship between urban-rural integration and education for poverty alleviation.Third,through interviews with some poverty alleviation cadres and rural teachers in Ganzhou City,combined with government website information and data,the current situation of education poverty alleviation in Ganzhou City was investigated and analyzed,and Ganzhou’s active measures in education poverty alleviation were concluded.At the same time,it was found that some areas of Ganzhou City still have shortcomings in the concept of education poverty alleviation,the teaching team,infrastructure construction,and poverty alleviation methods.Compared with the goals of urban-rural integration,there is still a long way to go.Finally,combined with the strategic background of urban-rural integration,propose an optimized path for education poverty alleviation after 2020: establish a correct education poverty alleviation concept;improve infrastructure,strengthen teacher construction,improve vocational education and training,and promote smooth flow between urban and rural elements;innovation and diversification The main body participates in the governance mechanism and establishes an urban-rural integration education poverty alleviation mechanism.Educational poverty alleviation under the perspective of urban-rural integration is more focused on resolving relative poverty problems and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and helping to solve the problem of imbalance and insufficiency of urban and rural development on a larger level. |
