The learning task of "study of works of modern and contemporary Chinese writers" contains rich spiritual connotations and aesthetic values.It is an important content of Chinese teaching in high school and has irreplaceable value for the implementation of students’ core literacy.Due to the lack of practical experience in this task group and the lack of systematic guidance from teachers,the current teaching situation is not optimistic.How to put forward feasible implementation strategies for the teaching of this task group and provide some teaching ideas for front-line teachers is the research topic of this paper.The introduction part expounds the origin,significance and method of this research,and sorts out the existing research results..The first chapter firstly defines the related concepts of the learning task group of "study of Chinese modern and contemporary writers’ works",and interprets the teaching objectives of the task group.Secondly,the basic characteristics of the task group are analyzed,that is,the openness of course resources,the criticality of learning content and the situational nature of learning tasks.Finally,it expounds the teaching value of the task group,which has rich optional compulsory course content,improves students’ core literacy and promotes modern and contemporary excellent culture.The second chapter mainly conducts a questionnaire survey on teachers and students,and finds the following problems in the current teaching of this task group:from the perspective of students,there is insufficient reading time,lack of interest in modern and contemporary literature,and the motivation to study is more utilitarian;On the one hand,the teaching form lacks innovation,the teaching content is limited to textbooks,and the understanding of the task group is not thorough.Finally,it is analyzed that these problems are mainly caused by the heavy task of high school students,less time for reading,the impact of college pressure on students,the lag of teachers’ teaching concepts,and the lack of teachers’ ability to create situations and integrate works.The third chapter focuses on the "how to teach" of this learning task group.Teachers themselves should update their educational concepts,improve their professional quality,follow the principles of classic,contemporary,and interesting,integrate teaching resources,create real learning situations,and use thematic study,comparative study,project study,etc.,to carry out study activities,presenting The results of the study should be evaluated in a multi-interactive manner.The fourth chapter presents the research results of this paper in the form of case design,which are three topics: "Onlooker Cultural Analysis in Lu Xun’s Works","The Return of the Crescent Poetry School" and "The Rise and Fall of Teahouse".
