On July 24,2021,general office of the central committee of the communist party of China,issued by The General Office of the State Council"about to further reduce the compulsory education stage student’s opinions on homework burden and external training,made clear that reduce the burden of primary and middle school students is overweight extracurricular off-campus training organization,strict management and improve the quality of school education,puts forward new requirements on the development of the sports teaching.As the main body of PE teaching,PE teachers should strive to improve their own teaching ability and quality,and further promote the reform of quality-oriented education.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method of suqian random 10 primary schools 50 teachers in the investigation,and 100 students were interviewed about their teaching satisfaction,of the present stage the suqian sports teachers’ teaching design ability,teaching ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability is analyzed,The main factors affecting the improvement of teaching ability are discussed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on this.The results show that: in the aspect of teaching design of PE teachers in Suqian city,the teaching objective design is scientific and reasonable,with strong operability,but there is a lack of novelty in teaching.In terms of teaching implementation,I have good language expression ability and refined action explanation,but at the same time,there are problems such as poor classroom discipline and insufficient amount of sports equipment.In terms of teaching evaluation and reflection,it is generally at a low level,and there are some problems such as inadequate evaluation methods and means,inadequate evaluation standards and inadequate evaluation dimensions.Among the main factors affecting the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability,the proportion from high to low is school,teacher,policy and family.Among all the factors,the highest proportion is the faculty of the school,the degree of love for work,the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,and the educational environment of the family.Based on the above research,it is proposed to strengthen the standardization of teacher recruitment and rationally optimize the teacher structure.Vigorously carry out physical education teacher training,improve teachers’ evaluation and reflection ability;Make full use of spare time to optimize the relationship between teachers and students;Rational use of policy advantages,optimize the teaching model;Standardize teacher subsidies,increase subsidies input;Carry out teacher skill competition in many areas,innovate teaching methods and so on to improve the teaching ability of primary school PE teachers in Suqian.
