After-school service is an important issue that students should pay attention to in the school field,and it is an important link for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.After-school services play a role in the implementation of nursing supervision,personality development,policy leverage and other functions,to a certain extent to ease the burden of parents in education investment.At the same time,students’ homework burden and off-campus training burden has been effectively eased.Therefore,educators need to have a scientific understanding of the nature of after-school services,and apply the right implementation strategies on this basis.At present,there are still many problems to be solved in the actual operation of after-school service,and the implementation strategy of high-quality after-school service still faces many challenges.Therefore,in order to continuously give full play to the unique attributes of after-school services and effectively improve the comprehensive development of elementary school students in after-school services,it is necessary to carry out a simultaneous analysis of the development status of after-school services in primary schools under the background of "double reduction".Taking N primary school as an example,this study condensed the existing problems of after-school service on the basis of summarizing the realistic characteristics of after-school service,explored the causes of the problems,and proposed implementation suggestions for further improvement of after-school service in primary school.First of all,text analysis is used to analyze the policy texts of the province,city and district where N primary school is located,so as to obtain the basic information of its after-school service operation.At the same time,the existing research results of after-school services were sorted out to obtain the research trends of after-school services,and on this basis,the concept of after-school services and the "double minus" policy was defined.Using questionnaire survey and interview method,this study conducted a basic investigation on the participants and development of elementary school after-school services,and conducted a simultaneous analysis of elementary school after-school services.Secondly,on the basis of the summary of the actual characteristics of after-school services in primary schools,it identifies the main problems such as the mismatch between the diversified demand for after-school services and the supply capacity,the weakness of after-school service teachers,the lack of standardization in the implementation of after-school services,and the imperfect evaluation and supervision system.After in-depth analysis,these problems are mainly due to the inconsistent supply and demand position of each subject,the after-school service teachers’ burden,the after-school service implementation process is not standardized,the evaluation and supervision system is not sound and other factors.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions on the implementation of after-school service in primary schools from four aspects:the integration of the subject perspective of after-school service,the construction of teachers,the implementation mechanism of after-school service curriculum and the modern governance system.One is to balance different positions,effectively relieve parents’ educational anxiety,and shape the symbiotic relationship of all subjects,so as to gather educational consensus;Second,standardize the work boundaries of after-school service teachers,improve the incentive system,enhance the autonomy of teachers,clarify the rights and responsibilities of family and school,and introduce social forces;The third is to construct the identification mechanism of "student-oriented" after-school service courses,the embedding mechanism of "meeting the needs of students",and the generation mechanism of "all students" after-school service courses.Fourthly,we should set up the thinking of coordination and management of after-school service,strengthen the evaluation and feedback action of after-school service,and strengthen the reflection of supervision and guarantee of after-school service.
