Research On The Optimization Of The Teaching Ability Training Path Of The Students Majoring In Physical Education In Guangzhou University Of Physical Education

Abstract/Summary:
In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Measures for Professional Certification of Teachers in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Provisional)",which takes "student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement" as the basic concept,and achieves the purpose of "promoting construction with evaluation,promoting reform with evaluation,and promoting strength with evaluation" through certification,providing support for the training and selection of qualified teachers,backbone teachers and outstanding teachers.At the same time,with the introduction of the "Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" in 2022,"sports core literacy" has become the focus of basic education and sports reform,and the level of teaching ability of teacher training students,as the reserve force of future basic education,determines the quality of the future teacher training team.Therefore,improving the teaching skills and level of teacher training students specializing in physical education has become an important task for institutions of higher learning.This study analyzes the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education by using research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method under the guidance of professional certification and new course standards,and the research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through comparative analysis,it is found that the physical education major of Guangzhou University of Physical Education meets the requirements of "National Standards" and "Certification Method",but in comparison with the "new curriculum standard",it is found that there is no new physical education courses.Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education and South China Normal University are highly consistent in the setting of compulsory courses for teacher education in the talent training program.Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education has a high curriculum richness,while South China Normal University has advantages in quality development courses.(2)The evaluation of the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education presents obvious advantages and disadvantages,and the obvious advantages are manifested in: applied media teaching ability,language explanation ability and demonstration error correction ability.The obvious disadvantages are manifested in: understanding students’ ability,teaching plan writing and design,teaching plan formulation and evaluation ability.(3)Through the investigation of the teaching ability training process of physical education students of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,it is concluded that ideological and political courses lack diversified forms of teacher moral experience,and do not integrate classroom ideological and political education into professional courses;Emphasis is placed on the study of professional skills courses,but there are no theoretical courses for table tennis and badminton special skills,and students lack the theoretical support of their projects;There are many types of courses limited to teacher education courses,but due to the nature of electives,student coverage is limited.(4)Through factor analysis,it is found that the main factors affecting the cultivation of students majoring in physical education are in four aspects: social factor,school factor,student factor and teacher factor.Among them,the school factors have the highest contribution rate.(5)To improve the cultivation of teaching ability of students majoring in Physical Education of Guangzhou University of Physical Education: based on practical needs,clarify the purpose of talent training;Reform evaluation methods and refine specific implementation standards;Emphasize the leadership of college teachers and establish correct teaching concepts;Strengthen communication and interaction between universities and internship bases;Highlight students’ subjectivity and enhance their sense of dominance.
