Population aging is a global problem in the new era.With the aging of population,how to improve the quality of life of the elderly and improve the well-being of the elderly has become the focus of the whole society.Under the background of rapid urbanization,"village change to residence" is a relatively large social problem in the process of urbanization development.Face because urban development of social and environmental change,part of the elderly will exist various aspects,especially in the elderly social adaptation problem is more serious,the way of life not adapt can slowly over time to adjust,but not adapt to social interactions will largely influence the physical and mental health of the elderly.Based on the ecological system theory,activity theory as a guide,using the method of questionnaire interview and observation,the "village changed" the elderly community social adaptation,found that some old people after the home village changed social will decline,the social object to reduce gradually,social space is narrow,single a lot of social problems such as social way,The elderly gradually lose their sense of existence,sense of value and sense of dignity in the community,can not lift up the spirit in daily life,leisure life has no place to rest,and gradually become more and more lonely,spiritual comfort can not be satisfied.It with the old sense of self-acceptance and the value is reduced,and shrinking in family communication gradually weakened and community interaction factors closely related to home village changed the physiological,psychological and cultural level of the old people in the community has a certain basic personal characteristics,such as homogeneity,spiritual demand,also has a strong similarity with acquaintances society as the carrier,The reconstruction of the social support network for the elderly in the village can meet the needs of social communication and spiritual comfort.This article through to carry out social work team activities,targeted recruit 10 team member,group activities under the guidance of social ecosystem theory,from the elderly individual,family,group work in the community level,section 5 team activities,to help older adults improve their sense of worth,rebuild peer group and family members of the social support networks,Help the elderly social interaction skills,enhance the social adaptation ability,and finally,in the review team activities and summary reflection group activities involved in village to the lack of social interaction and advantages in the elderly in community,through the way of family members in response to domestic demand for the old social interaction effect is not good,However,the need for social communication can be effectively met by rebuilding the social support network of the peer group in the elderly community.Finally,the author provides policy suggestions on how to solve the problem of social communication adaptation of the elderly in the community of "village transformation" in the new era,and provides reference for the future study of social communication adaptation of the elderly in the community of "village transformation".
