Research On Group Work Of Mutual Assistance For Elderly People Living Alone In Rural Area

At present,the speed of industrialization and urbanization in China has accelerated,and a large number of rural young and middle-aged people have gone out to work and settled,as a result,more and more elderly people living alone in rural areas.In recent years,the pension problem of the elderly living alone has attracted the attention of experts at home and abroad,and various disciplines are exploring the pension path of the elderly living alone.During the internship survey in village A in Shandong Province,it was found that the elderly living alone for a long time lacked life care and spiritual companionship,the rural pension resources were scarce,and the elderly living alone had the dual weakness of rural and living alone,and the long-term living alone greatly reduced their quality of life and happiness.This study was guided by the theory of social support network,and eight elderly people living alone in village A in Shandong Province were used as service targets to carry out the practice of mutual aid for the elderly.In the early stage,field research was carried out through questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the elderly pension situation and living needs,and 7 group activities were designed according to the needs,and in the first stage,the elderly were helped to establish good contacts and enhance their self-confidence in life through game activities and encouragement;In the second stage,link resources in the village and pair up to build a mutual aid platform and build a social support network,on this basis,improve mutual aid awareness and establish mutual aid relationships;In the third stage,the relationship between mutual aid is consolidated,and the group members simulate mutual aid behavior and discuss mutual aid to enhance mutual aid ability;Finally,the group members shared their gains and consolidated the effect of the group activities.After the event,the results were evaluated in a timely manner,and through various interviews and observations,it was learned that the mutual aid awareness and mutual aid ability of the elderly were significantly improved,and the frequency of mutual aid behavior was tested before and after,and it was found that the frequency of mutual aid among the group members was improved,and the highest group member was twice as high as before.Through this practical study,it is found that the elderly mutual aid group greatly alleviates the pension problem of the elderly living alone,and the multi-faceted construction support can effectively improve the service effectiveness of the group,and the advantages of the group work can promote the development of mutual aid for the elderly,and integrate community resources to provide guarantee for the development of mutual aid for the elderly.At the same time,it is also necessary to reflect on the need to make good use of the acquaintance society based on geography and blood in the process of service,and social workers have cultural sensitivity and combine social work professional ethics with local cultural habits.
