The increasingly fierce social competition pressure makes society,families and schools pay more and more attention to education,and the academic burden of students is also increasing.Therefore,the problem of school weariness gradually highlighted in the student group has brought great trouble to many families and schools.Education is the foundation of the country.China needs to continuously cultivate a large number of high-quality talents to meet the changing needs of economic and social development,so the importance of education is self-evident.Weariness is a prominent psychological problem of students in the learning process.It has a great impact on students’ growth and success,and has been highly valued by families,schools and society.Therefore,this study focuses on the problem of learning weariness of junior middle school students,takes the case small C of learning weariness junior middle school students as the research object,and takes rational emotional behavior therapy as the theoretical support to explore the problem of learning weariness and its coping strategies.This study mainly uses the methods of observation and interview to collect data,takes Nanchang middle school student Xiao C who is tired of learning as the research object,deeply analyzes the causes of his weariness,and provides targeted case services.A series of negative events,such as learning beliefs and irrational beliefs,lead to a series of negative learning events.In practice,the researcher used rational emotional behavior therapy to intervene the patient’s weariness in three aspects: cognition,emotion and behavior.In the aspect of cognition,with the help of debate and role-playing skills,we can check and correct the unreasonable beliefs of the case owner;In the aspect of emotion,it uses the methods of rational emotional imagination and self disclosure to intervene in the weariness of the case owner;In terms of behavior,positive reinforcement method and self-management method are used to intervene in the weariness of the case owner.After a three-month intervention service,the case owner has made significant benign changes in learning cognition,learning emotion and learning behavior,and his academic performance and self-confidence have been significantly improved.According to the research,rational emotional behavior therapy can effectively improve the learning weariness of junior middle school students.In addition,families and schools should also pay more attention to students who are tired of learning,so as to promote their better growth and development.
