Nowadays,with the rapid development of society and the increasing competition of education,the study pressure of junior high school students is not lower than senior high school students who cross the single-plank bridge.Therefore,it is important to solve the problem of learning burnout,and the social working method is one of the important ways to solve this problem.This study selected Wuhan Middle School student as the object,using interview method and observation method.The failure of the examination and the result of the test resulted in a negative self-negative mentality,and formed the wrong self-awareness,the improper education of parents in the external environment and the neglect of teachers,bring the study pressure to the main case,resulting in the case of the main cause of weariness.Then according to the specific situation of the main case,this study used cognitive behavioral therapy model to intervene.On the one hand,helping L to reshape cognition,correct the main error of cognitive thinking: the decline in academic performance is due to the lack of learning ability and the idea that they are poor students,through the vantage point of view to enhance the owner of self-confidence and affirmation of the ego;on the other hand,by improving the external environment to get the warmth of the family,teachers At the same time,improve the academic self-efficacy of L students,establish a positive attribution mode,so that his weariness and weariness of the behavior to some extent corrected.Finally,the results show that cognitive behavioral therapy has great effect on the learning burnout of students involved in L.The main conclusions: Cognitive behavioral therapy model is very helpful in the study of middle school students ’ learning burnout,and can effectively correct the student’s weariness,especially for the students with good learning ability,but the transient cognitive deviation caused by external pressure can make remarkable achievements in a short time.
