| Young people are the hope of the country and the nation.The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will eventually become a reality in the relay struggle of generations of young people.Dedication is not only the noble moral pursuit and value orientation of the Chinese nation,but also an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China.It has always been respected and practiced by excellent Chinese people.It can be seen that strengthening the cultivation of College Students’ dedication is not only the need to improve college students’ personal morality,but also the need to promote social progress and national rejuvenation.To study the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era,we should first make a clear definition of the relevant concepts such as dedication and dedication cultivation.Finally,it expounds the practical significance of Cultivating College Students’ dedication in the new era,that is,to promote the improvement of College Students’ personal morality,promote social harmony and progress,and provide spiritual support for national rejuvenation.There is no right to speak without investigation.The research on the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era is also inseparable from the grasp of the current situation and the analysis of the causes of the problems.Through questionnaire survey and data statistical analysis,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era,from which we can see the results: the social atmosphere conducive to the cultivation of dedication is gradually strengthened,colleges and universities gradually carry out the cultivation of College Students’ dedication,and the recognition of College Students’ dedication in the new era is improved;At the same time,problems are also found: the society lacks the atmosphere of advocating the spirit of dedication,the main body of cultivating the spirit of dedication in Colleges and universities does not form a joint force,parents lack the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of dedication,and college students have different knowledge and practice of treating the spirit of dedication.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems are the negative impact of the market economy,the impact of bad social ideas,the weak awareness of the cultivation of College Students’ dedication,the lack of parents’ understanding of the cultivation of dedication,and the less practical activities of college students to practice the spirit of dedication.In view of the existing problems and reasons,explore the corresponding countermeasures:create a social atmosphere advocating dedication,strengthen the main position role of colleges and universities in the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era,give full play to the role of family in the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era,and enhance the subjective initiative of college students in the cultivation of dedication,so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of College Students’ dedication in the new era,Make the spirit of dedication internalized and externalized in practice,encourage college students to be models of hard work and selfless dedication,and shoulder the important historical task entrusted by the party and the people. |
