| Professional dedication is the excellent professional ethical and cultural tradition in China,and it is also an important value pursuit to promote the socialist modernization.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the concept of socialist dedication has become the core value of socialism.As a part of the youth group,college students in the new era are the future and hope of the country and the nation,and the backbone of social development and progress.Carrying out the education of college students' socialist concept of dedication is the historical mission of cultivating the builders and successors of socialist modernization with ideals,abilities and responsibilities,which is related to national development and national rejuvenation.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to strengthen the research on the education of college students' socialist professional concept in the new era.With the development of the times,the connotation of the socialist concept of professional dedication changes constantly.The scientific connotation of the socialist concept of professional dedication in the new era is transformed into unremitting struggle,courage to take responsibility,innovation and selfless dedication,which more profoundly embodies the value concept of labor first,the value orientation of serving the people and the value goal of all-round and free development of people.It puts forward the education of the socialist concept of professional dedication for college students new era requirements.The results of the questionnaire survey on the education of college students' socialist concept of professionalism show that the current education of college students' socialist concept of professionalism has achieved positive results,and college students' recognition of the core position and overall cognition of the socialist concept of professionalism is better.But at the same time,there are a series of practical problems in the education of college students' socialist concept of professional dedication at the micro level,which mainly show that college students do not have a deep understanding of the value orientation of professional dedication,do not have a deep understanding of the value objectives of professional dedication,do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of the value planning of professional dedication,and do not have ideal daily practice of the value of professional dedication.With the help of the theoretical framework of “four factors” in the process of ideological and political education of Professor Zhang Yaocan,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the causes of the problems in the education of college students' socialist concept of professional dedication from the aspects of subject,object,environment and intermediary.In the aspect of educational subject,the awareness of carrying out the education of socialist concept of professional dedication by colleges,teachers and parents is generally not strong;in the aspect of educational object,college students in the new era are lack of enthusiasm for the education of socialist concept of professional dedication;in the aspect of educational environment,the negative phenomena of society,the negative information of network and the lack of family demonstration have a negative impact on the education of socialist concept of professional dedication;in the aspect of educational medium in general,the way of developing,practicing and relying on college students' socialist concept of professionalism education still needs to be enriched and improved.To cultivate college students to be new people of the era who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation,the education of the socialist concept of professionalism in colleges and universities is indispensable and has a long way to go.In the new era,college students should consciously follow the basic principles of the unity of systematic education and multiple infiltration,the combination of theoretical education and practical education,the combination of positive guidance and negative education;build and improve the supporting platform of integrated education,cultural cultivation,network interaction,etc.Improve and optimize the operation mechanism of demonstration guidance,incentive and restraint,education cooperation,etc.Strive to be practical the construction of study style,practical education,vocational planning and other important links will gradually form a scientific education system of the socialist concept of professionalism,so as to promote the rational identification and practical practice of the socialist concept of professionalism of college students in the new era. |
