| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that we should focus on promoting high-quality development and regional coordinated development.This requirement is reflected in education,which highlights the need of modern society to accelerate the construction of high-quality education system.Among them,deepening education reform,promoting the integration of urban and rural education,and narrowing the education gap between regions are the key points.Regional teaching research can effectively reduce the educational gap between regions and improve the quality of education,so it has gradually become the subject of scholars’ research.As one of the new teaching and research models of regional teaching and research,the "teaching and research community" is composed of municipal teaching and research staff,county(district)teaching and research staff and excellent teachers.It adheres to the new education and teaching concepts and personalized education and teaching ideas,and integrates teaching reform experiments,educational research,training guidance and results promotion into a new teaching team.This study selects the primary and secondary school Chinese teaching and research community in the compulsory education stage for in-depth research,aiming to improve the enthusiasm of township teachers to participate in teaching and research through building a "teaching and research community",thereby improving their professional development level,reducing the educational gap between urban and rural areas,and promoting the integration of urban and rural education.This study first uses the literature research method to understand the research situation of the teaching and research community at home and abroad as well as the relevant theoretical basis through reading a large number of documents.In combination with the actual situation of G City,it takes the members of the primary school Chinese teaching and research community in the region as the research object,and prepares the relevant questionnaire and interview outline.The questionnaire surveys the current construction situation of the city and collects relevant data from four dimensions: shared leadership,shared value and vision,collaborative activities and disindividualization practices,and supportive conditions.Based on the analysis of the data obtained,the current effectiveness,influencing factors and problems in the construction process of the teaching and research community are understood through interviews,and the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed.Based on the survey,the conclusions of this study are as follows:The construction of the primary school Chinese teaching and research community in G City has achieved certain results.First,it is conducive to promoting the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers.Second,it is conducive to improving the core literacy of primary school students.Third,it is conducive to promoting the sharing of educational resources between urban and rural areas.However,while achieving results,it is also found that there are some problems in the construction of the teaching and research community,such as the weak development awareness of the members of the teaching and research community,the need to improve the leading ability of the teaching and research staff,the inadequate operation mechanism of the teaching and research community,the need to improve the system construction of the education administrative department,and the insufficient support of the school for teaching and research activities.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the personal factors and environmental factors,and puts forward the construction and promotion strategy of teaching and research community.First,at the level of learning subjects,it is not only emphasized that teachers should form a clear and clear common vision,but also should improve their mental model,improve their professional quality,strengthen the leading ability of teaching and research staff,and enhance their awareness of authorization.Second,at the level of learning environment,the education administrative department should provide certain favorable guarantee,the school should provide supportive conditions for the teaching and research community,and the teaching and research community itself should also actively improve its own operating mechanism. |
