Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Labor Education In Local Colleges And Universities

Labor education is not only a crucial part of China’s education system,but also a vital part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.After labor education was reintroduced,the state has successively issued relevant policies to further refine the content of labor education.Although some colleges and universities carry out labor education according to their own conditions,there are still phenomena such as irregularities and marginalization,which directly affect the development of labor education.Nurturing effect.Therefore,the implementation of labor education in four local colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province is investigated in this study,trying to put forward a feasible research path for labor education in colleges and universities,which is of tremendous practical significance to promote the construction of labor education system in colleges and universities.Based on the relevant documents on labor education promulgated in my country in recent years,this research sorts out the related researches on labor education at home and abroad,and conducts research on "labor","labor education","labor education in colleges and universities",and "labor education in local colleges and universities".Definition of core concepts.In the theoretical foundation part,it sorts out the labor education-related theories of Marx and Lenin,labor thoughts in Chinese excellent traditional culture,and Xi Jinping’s socialist labor thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the text.On this basis,the survey dimension is divided into three dimensions: "current situation of college students’ labor literacy","current situation of labor education in colleges and universities",and "feedback of college students’ labor education".According to the analysis of the survey results,it is found that although local colleges and universities carry out labor education in accordance with relevant documents and policies,there are still problems in labor education in colleges and universities,such as irregular labor education courses,less labor education practice resources,and imperfect labor education evaluation.A comprehensive analysis of the causes of these problems is mainly affected by the sluggish labor atmosphere in society,the low emphasis on labor education in colleges and universities,and the lack of labor education teachers.Finally,in terms of research countermeasures,in view of some problems existing in labor education in local colleges and universities,the author proposes to strengthen the guidance of labor value in colleges and universities,promote the construction of labor education courses in colleges and universities,strengthen the practice of labor education in colleges and universities,improve the guarantee mechanism of labor education in colleges and universities,and cooperate with various forces.Five countermeasures for labor education.
