Research Integrity Education Of Student Leaders In Local Universities

Abstract:In the past few years the corruption becomes popular and dangerous cases in the universities and colleges. The main performance of this corruption shows as followings:the student admission operated in the dark box; the corruption of academic operations, mal-operations in the field of office building, large halls and guest houses and the bribe in the fields of purchases of teaching text books, office and scientific research materials and so on. Under this background of corruption in university and college the students and the student cadres in particular are eroded from the above said corruption. The student cadres are eroded in the following aspects such as they are hankered for power to form a clique; to worship money; to give lavish dinners and gifts and to practice fraud and so on so forth. These undesirable work styles have already brought impact to the student cadre’s outlook on life, world outlook and value views. It is, therefore, that the education of honest and clean for the student cadres is the object necessary to stop corruption and to carry out the socialist core value viewpoint to guarantee China’s higher education development healthily. It is the far-reaching plan to nurse the quality successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristicsIn the course of the honest and clan education for the student cadres the local college and university faces the serious unfavorable situation and ordeal. The local protectionism would hinder the honest education activity. Therefore, to analyze and study the student cadre honest education is of the typical significance and example. It is, therefore, this paper selects the following four local colleges and universities on different levels such as Hunan City University, Hunan Professional College of Art and Craft, Yiyang Medical College and Yiyang Professional Technique College as the study object, the honest education for student cadres is discussed in the following four chapters:In chapter one of this paper it is to definite the concern concepts of the honest education, local university and college and student cadre. In the chapter two by means of questionnaire, visit records and data analysis to investigate, visit, analysis and data processing means and ways to visit students on different level of the schooling grades and majors and it is to analyze the reason of the aspects such as the weak honest consciousness, incomplete honest education system and the supervision mechanism and incompletion of reward and punishment and so on. In chapter three, it is mainly to discuss the honest education difficult position based on the incomplete honest education mechanism, the stubborn local protectionism and the complex net information. And in chapter four the author explores the ways and means of the honest education for the student cadres and innovation of the honest education mode. It is to extend the education platform, to complete and optimize the honest education mechanism and environment.
