The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should vigorously implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization,establish and improve the institutional mechanism and policy system of urban-rural integrated development,and take the road of urban-rural integrated development.The law of the People’s Republic of China on the promotion of Rural Revitalization points out that our country encourages the flow of urban talents to rural areas,and establishes and improves the mechanism of talent training cooperation and exchange between urban and rural areas,regions and schools.The state promotes the rapid development of agriculture and rural areas by vigorously implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which is to realize the modernization of rural areas and cities,farmers and citizens.China is a typical urban-rural dual structure.The distribution of urban and rural resources is uneven,and rural resources flow to cities in one direction,resulting in a widening income gap between urban and rural areas,which has brought us many difficulties in realizing the real integration of urban and rural areas.After the 18 th CPC National Congress,China has achieved remarkable results in promoting new urbanization and coordinating urban and rural development through continuous exploration and practice.In China,even if the urbanization rate exceeded 80%,There are still hundreds of millions of people living inin rural areas.Therefore,rural revitalization is a major issue related to whether and how these hundreds of millions of people can realize modernization simultaneously.Whether we can make a breakthrough in promoting the effective integration of urban and rural areas and Rural Revitalization during the 14 th Five Year Plan period is of great significance to accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.Without anyone,rural revitalization is empty talk.It can be seen that the realization of urban-rural integration ultimately depends on the flow of human resources and the integration of urban and rural talents.Based on the reality of wusheng County,Sichuan Province,this paper explores effective methods to optimize the coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural talents.Using the method of literature analysis,by comprehensively combing the domestic and foreign literature,combined with the central guidelines and policies on urban-rural integration and the relevant situation of local talent policies,master the development direction and objectives of urban-rural integration and talent synergy.Using the questionnaire survey method,comprehensively understand the problems and relevant demands of urban and rural talents in wusheng County for the current talent collaborative development mechanism.Through the interview method,master the opinions and suggestions of talent workers on promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural talents,then analyze the problems and reasons existing in the coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,and analyze and put forward optimization suggestions andcountermeasures.The paper is divided into seven chapters,which mainly studies the mechanism of coordinated development of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,Sichuan Province.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and research meaning,research status at domestic and foreign,research contents and methods,research ideas and innovations.The second chapter defines three core concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,Sichuan Province.The fourth chapter carries out an empirical investigation on the coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,Sichuan Province through questionnaires and interviews.The fifth chapter analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,Sichuan Province.The sixth chapter obtains the countermeasures to improve the coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural talents in wusheng County,Sichuan Province.The seventh chapter is the summary and Prospect.
