"The combination of education and productive labor" is the scientific revelation of Marxism on the educational law of human development,and has been continuously carried forward and innovated by generations of the CPC,forming a labor education model with unique Chinese characteristics.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),based on the objective development reality of the new era,focusing on the practical requirements of talent training,he has made a series of important statements and decision-making arrangements around the development of labor education in the new era,formed Xi Jinping’s view of of labor education in the new era,innovated the Marxist education theory,and opened up a new realm for the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,It is the scientific basis and theoretical guidance for improving the labor education system in the new era.Labor education is a unique social practice of human beings,Using the perspective of Marxism to carry out research on Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era will help to grasp the core meaning and theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s view of of labor education in the new era,implement the Party’s educational policy in the new era,resolve the multiple problems in the practice of labor education,clarify the practical direction of labor education,realize the people’s yearning for a better life and accelerate the early completion of a socialist modern country.This paper takes Marxism as an analytical perspective,focuses on the horizon connecting history,reality and future,follows the basic thinking of "how to generate—What is the connotation—What is the significance—how about the current situation—how to practice",comprehensively uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method and investigation research method,and grasps the basic concepts and categories of Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era as a whole,focusing on the generation logic,basic connotation,Value implication,the realistic situation and practical approach of Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era have been systematically and comprehensively studied.Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era inherits and innovates the principled provisions and original views of Marxist classical writers on labor education,fully carries forward the excellent labor education thoughts at all times and in all over the world,absorbs the experience and lessons of CPC in carrying out labor education in the long revolution,construction and reform,complies with the inevitable requirements of economic and social development for labor education reform,and is rooted in China’s reality,it is the major theoretical achievement that conform to the trend of the times and care about the fate of mankind.It carries a systematic theoretical view with rich connotation,and comprehensively and stereoscopically explains the goal theory,principle theory,content theory,value theory and practice theory of labor education.It mainly believes that:based on the goal of cultivating educators’ correct labor concept and good labor quality,labor education should adhere to the educational principles of political correctness,people-oriented,hand and brain development,cultural people and physical and mental integration,strive to build a labor education system with daily life labor education,production labor education and service labor education as the main content,and strive to refine the comprehensive quality of all-round development for personal development,Cultivate the successors of the times who can shoulder heavy responsibilities for national rejuvenation,and cultivate happy workers for socialist modernization.Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era endows labor education with an independent educational status in the education system.It advocates that labor education should be carried out in multiple fields of family,school and society,promote the integration of labor education in schools and colleges,and establish a normalized and endogenous operating mechanism of labor education.Since the new era,Xi Jinping’s view of labor education in the new era has been constantly deepened in the implementation,and labor education has made a series of important achievements.The curriculum arrangement and system construction have been carried out in an orderly manner.The exploration of educational practice has shown diversified and prosperous development,and the effectiveness of labor education has also been constantly improved.However,the development of labor education is also faced with unavoidable problems.In view of these problems,we must suit the remedy to the case,tackle them law of labor education;Insist on seeking truth from facts,promote theoretical innovation in summing up experience,and realize two-way interaction between the guiding ideology of labor education and overall practice;Using the contact view,adhere to the combination of labor curriculum and curriculum labor education,and implement the comprehensive education mode of discipline integration and five education simultaneously;Adhere to the principle of basing itself on China,and integrate the Marxist labor concept and the excellent national culture into labor education,so as to create a labor education model with national style;Keep pace with the times,grasp the main contradictions of social development,attach importance to the development of science and technology,and build a form of labor education with the characteristics of the times;Set up systematic thinking and realize the coordination and balance of multiple elements such as subject and object of labor education.
