In The Panel’s Work In Rural Industrial Revitalization Of The Villagers’ Willingness To Participate In Research

In order to better solve the "three rural issues" and help rural revitalization,social work is ushering in a new development opportunity with the support of the government.As a professional discipline,social work has unique advantages in its involvement in the revitalization of rural industries.Compared with the unilateral government "relief" support,social work can change from "blood transfusion" to "blood creation" without geographical and personnel restrictions,so as to meet the diversified assistance needs for the revitalization of rural industries.The vegetable industry cooperative in L village studied in this paper belongs to a project of rural industry revitalization in P county.Through professional social work services,the villagers’ willingness to join the industrial cooperative is enhanced,and the purpose of villagers’ assistance for rural industry revitalization is realized.The selection of appropriate social work methods affects the smooth development of the whole social work practice activities,and is also an important guarantee to improve the effectiveness of social work services.This paper mainly studies the willingness of villagers to participate in the revitalization of rural industries through the professional social work method-group work method,and establishes a social support network through group activities,Through cognitive behavior therapy,the problem that the original intention of the service object to participate in the industrial cooperatives is not strong is changed.Throughout the social work service process,the wrong risk awareness of the case owner is corrected through the empowerment theory,the psychological cognition of the case owner that the intention to participate is not strong is changed,the worry that the case owner does not understand the industrial income is resolved,and the concern that the case owner does not understand the relevant industrial policies and the planting technology is not refined is eliminated.This study takes enhancing the willingness of villagers to participate in rural industrial revitalization as the starting point for social work services,mainly through the group work method,through the initial ice breaking and integration stage,the transition and development stage in the transition period,the promotion and stability stage in the mature period,and the consolidation and separation stage in the ending period.Relying on the model of cognitive behavior theory,social workers carry out six group activities to empower the service objects,Change the behavior by changing the original intention cognition of the case owner.In the process of carrying out group activities,social workers increase the power and empower the service objects.First,through psychological empowerment,the service objects’ psychological cognition of industrial revitalization is changed;Secondly,economic empowerment enhances the willingness of service objects to participate in cooperatives;Finally,social empowerment improves the enthusiasm of service objects to participate in industrial revitalization.Finally,by improving the psychological cognition and action skills of the service objects to participate in the revitalization of rural industries,the villagers’ willingness to participate in the industrial cooperatives will be enhanced and the revitalization of rural industries will be assisted.
