Casework Intervention On The Improvement Of Family Resilience Of Mobile Street Vendors

As a ubiquitous existence in various cities in China,it is an inevitable product of the rapid development of contemporary China’s urbanization,and this group is showing an increasing trend with social and economic development.Because of the lower barriers to entry,street vendors have increasingly become a job industry for the disadvantaged groups at the bottom of society.More and more disadvantaged groups take it as.With the arrival of the epidemic,the impact of the epidemic on the economy has made their lives in a disadvantaged position even worse.This group has also received more and more attention from various aspects including social work.In this study,the researcher adopts the case work method,selects the mobile street vendors in the G community in County A,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and focuses on the research theme of "casework intervention in the research on the improvement of family resilience of mobile street vendors".Walsh’s analysis framework of family resilience,from three levels of practical intervention from changing the family beliefs of mobile vendors,balancing the family organization model,and improving the communication methods of family members.This research adopts three research methods: literature research method,participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method to collect data on the research objects,understand the plight of the migrant families,and explore the influencing factors that affect the resilience of the migrant families,so as to have a specific target.Conduct casework practice interventions to help migrant families restore their resilience levels.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research ideas,and further clarifies the research innovation.The third part is a literature review at home and abroad,which respectively introduces the research status of this field at home and abroad,draws on theoretical experience from it,and finds the deficiencies of the existing research,which is the starting point of this research.The third part conductsan in-depth investigation on the current situation and the family resilience of mobile vendors in the G community of A county,and analyzes them from three aspects.The fourth part adopts the method of casework to carry out case intervention for families with low resilience,and further describes the process of case intervention and service plan in detail.The fifth part reflects on the whole case practice process and summarizes the experience.Through the study of this case,social workers found that for mobile street vendors,the psychological pressure and emotional disorders caused by the impact of the epidemic are in urgent need of professional social workers to intervene.Social workers use professional concepts And technical knowledge,can help them solve their adversity problems in a targeted manner,and enable them to actively deal with the current difficulties.
