Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the teaching has undergone a great change compared with the traditional teaching mode.The teaching has shifted from "education-centered" to "learner-centered".With the teachers’ training can not adapt to the requirement of new curriculum reform.In this case,the training of teachersbecomes more and more important.Nowadays,the education department has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources to improve the teaching level of primary school teachers to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform.However,due to certain conditions,teacher training in some areas has become formalized,and the effectiveness of training has been low.This article is based on this,through a series of discussions on the reasons for this status quo,and put forward some adjustment suggestions and measures to improve the effectiveness of the Nan’an District Primary School Teacher Training Management.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of the primary school teacher training in Nan’an District through a questionnaire,including the training content focuses on theoretical knowledge,lack of effective training evaluation,the training management process is too formal and the training management system is not perfect.Secondly,it conducted an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems of the Nan’an District Primary School Teachers in the context of the new curriculum,including the lackof understanding of teacher training needs,the single training evaluation method,the insufficient investment in teacher training funds,and the low participation of the school in teacher training management.In response to the problem,the following suggestionsare made: the relevant departments should pay more attention to the professional development of teachers and give humane care;establish a multi-directional evaluation mechanism;provide conditions for teacher trainingcredit system training funds,implementation equipment.The evaluationindicators should be conducive to objectively and comprehensively reflect the leveland ability of the evaluated object.In order to improve the efficiency of primary school teacher training management in Nan’an District,and promote the balanced and high-quality development of regional primary school education.
