Primary education is the beginning of basic education,which is very important to the growth of students.Classroom management has a very important impact on students’ learning.Classroom management is one of the biggest challenges novice teachers face when they enter the workplace.Classroom management is not as traceable as subject knowledge,which requires more experience.Novice teachers are often at a loss for classroom management,unable to deal with students’ problematic classroom behaviors,and thus teaching can not be effectively carried out,so it is very necessary to study the classroom management of novice teachers in primary schools.This article is mainly aimed at the classroom management problems of novice primary school teachers.First,it is to understand the previous research of various scholars at home and abroad,define the concept of novice primary school teachers,analyze the concept of classroom management and elaborate,and think that the problems in classroom management of novice primary school teachers can be divided into three aspects as the dimensions of further research.Then,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are used to investigate and understand the status quo of classroom management of novice teachers,so as to obtain different problems that novice teachers encounter in classroom management.Through a questionnaire survey on classroom management of novice teachers,it is found that novice teachers generally encounter problems in classroom management.In terms of classroom environment management,improper handling by teachers mainly includes seating arrangement and classroom environment layout,which will lead to corresponding classroom problems.Classroom interpersonal relationship management dimensions,mainly in the teacher-student relationship estrangement,classroom conflict handling,classroom control is not enough,teaching methods rigid and so on.The dimension of classroom discipline management is mainly the problem of the establishment of classroom rules and the lack of teachers’ management methods and ideas.In view of these problems of novice teachers,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on relevant research literature and interviews,hoping to help novice teachers change their concept of classroom management and improve their classroom management skills,so as to improve teaching efficiency and promote students’ learning. |
