With educational informatization, the educational technology training for elementary and middle school teachers has been an important and effective way for teachers' professional development. With the vigorous starting of teachers educational technology ability training in primary and secondary schools, the issues of training's restricted effectiveness is gradually exposed, especially that the teachers made no apparent improvements in instructional performance after training. Therefore, it is extremely urgent and important to know how to embody the value of ability training on Educational Technology for teachers and how to transform the results of training, which would make teachers take good use of knowledge and skills in future instruction.A serious lack of managing to teachers after training results in the inconspicuous effect of training. This study attempts to improve the results of training from the perspective of strengthening the management after training. The author introduces the corporations' ideas and methods of performance management to the teacher-management after training, through performance planning, performance implementing, performance evaluating, performance interviewing and feedback, performance improvement of performance management to establish the management system for trained teachers.The thesis includes three parts.(1) Elaboration (the second, the third chapters). Sorting out the correlative theories in administering elementary and middle school teachers after Educational Technology training and the basic theories in performance management; analyzing the cases in foreign primary and secondary schools that apply performance management; based on this, discussing the feasibility in the introduction of performance management . (2)System establishment and implementation (the fourth, the fifth chapters). Using performance planning, performance implementing, performance evaluating, performance interviewing and feedback, performance improvement to establish performance management system, which to manage primary and secondary school teachers after educational technology training; setting a middle school for the example and designing the performance management project which suits the school teachers after training.(3)Evaluation and Reflection (the fifth chapter). After the training, by interviewing teachers, school leaders and experts, the author makes the evaluation and analyses of the project; at last, the author reflects on the project's shortcoming and puts forward the improvement measures.The value of this research : to attach importance to the teacher-management after the ability training on educational technology. The teacher-management after training, which should be paid much more attention, is also a part of training. Otherwise teacher training in the new round will become a mere formality.The innovation of this study: attempting to apply the ideas and methods of enterprise performance management to the teacher-management in primary and secondary schools after ability training on educational technology; applying the five links of performance management teaching practice changes the instructional performance obviously and improves the efficiency of training transformation, which at last accelerates the professional development of teachers.
