Abstract/Summary:
Swimming is a sport that college teachers and students like very much.A school swimming team is established to make the swimming team a business card of colleges and universities,which is favored by many colleges and universities.However,restricted by the quality of swimming coaches and sports hardware facilities in Colleges and universities,the swimming teaching and training effect in many colleges and universities is poor,and the corresponding training objectives are difficult to achieve.Under this background,this paper studies the swimming training in Colleges and universities,selects the swimming team of Jiangsu shipping school as the investigation object,establishes the experimental group and the control group,and uses the intermittent training method in the training.The experimental research results provide valuable clues to improve the effect of swimming training.In this paper,the methods of literature,interview and mathematical data are applied in the process of research.During the experiment,all the selected subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The physiological and technical indexes of the two groups before and after training and the performance differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed.The experimental data show that the results of physiological and biochemical indexes(serum testosterone,creatine kinase,blood urea,heart rate,vital capacity and hemoglobin)show that these indexes of the two groups have increased to a certain extent after 16 weeks of training,but the comparison shows that the increase of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.After the experiment,the results of special physical fitness(10x100m slow swimming,800 m variable speed swimming and 10x100 m variable speed swimming(s))of the two groups increased to a certain extent,which was significantly different from that before the experiment(P < 0.05).The improvement of the experimental group with intermittent training method was better than that of the control group with traditional training method.By testing the swimming results of four events,it can be found that(100m freestyle(s),100 m breaststroke(s),100 m backstroke(s)1500m freestyle(s))after the experiment,the four indexes in the experimental group decreased by 9s,10 s,9s and 22 s respectively compared with those before the experiment,and those in the control group decreased by 4S,5S,5S and 16 S respectively.The swimming performance of the athletes in the experimental group improved more significantly after the intermittent training method.The intermittent training method is significantly better than the traditional long-distance or ultra long-distance training method in improving the performance of medium and long-distance swimmers.Intermittent training method also shows the advantages of high efficiency,simplicity and strong applicability in the field of practical application,so it is worthy of further application and promotion.
