| Mixed-age regional games in kindergartens are developed from mixed-age education,in line with the trend and changes of the current development of preschool education,and can enrich the forms and content of children’s games to a certain extent,so that children can develop interpersonal communication skills,language expression skills,independent ability and so on in the mixed-age communication environment.In China,mixed-age education is not widely popularized,and it is difficult to develop professional mixed-age education by making classes according to mixed-age.However,it is feasible to create relevant environment areas and put materials of different levels in kindergartens to promote mixed-age games.Therefore,in recent years,many kindergartens began to pay attention to mixed-age regional games,and carried out in full swing according to their actual situation,to explore more possibilities to promote children’s all-round development.This study mainly adopts four research methods,namely literature research method,observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.Taking time as a clue,it conducts a case study on R kindergarten by focusing on various elements in the three periods before,during and after the implementation of mixed-age regional game organization in R Kindergarten.Through research and analysis,the following problems still exist in the process of organizing and implementing mixed-age regional games in R Kindergarten: large class size,uncoordinated ratio between teachers and children;Lack of rationality of regional space;There is not enough connection between the same age group and different age group;There is a large gap in the number of children in the selected area;Teachers’ guidance and evaluation of mixed-age games are weak.The reasons behind the problem are as follows:high quality resources in public parks are in short supply,and the ratio of teachers and children exceeds the standard;Lack of rational understanding of mixed-age area spatial layout;There are loopholes in the assessment mechanism of mixed-age regional games;The content of the game is inconsistent with children’s actual interests;The overall professional quality of the teaching staff is not high.Based on the analysis of the above problems,the corresponding concrete and feasible solutions are proposed: first,the local government speeds up the implementation of universal,inclusive and high-quality development of preschool education;Second,the integration of game related areas,further optimize the space Settings;Third,improve the assessment mechanism of teachers in kindergarten mixed age regional games;Fourthly,adjust the game area Settings according to children’s interests;Fifth,strengthen kindergarten-based training and improve teachers’ professional quality and ability. |
