| Humble behavior belongs to the category of prosocial behavior,children’s modest behavior is an important way to promote the benign interaction with others.In the mixed-age class and young children can enhance children’s prosocial behavior tendency,is conducive to the occurrence of children’s humble behavior events,internalize the value of humble behavior,cultivate children’s modest behavior,and help to promote the development of children’s socialization process.Compared with the classes of the same age,the mixed-age class is to combine small and older class children in a certain proportion.The mode of mixed-age class arrangement provides children with opportunities to contact children of different ages,so that children of different ages and abilities are in contact and live and study together.In the process of common life,learning and growth,different age children and communication,to children’s social development will have certain influence,to provide conditions for the generation and development of modest behavior,so in the mixed age class children can show more diverse prosocial behavior,such as,use humility,sharing altruistic communication,to enhance children’s social ability,can let children maintain a positive relationship in the social communication with others.In this study,the literature research,interview and observation methods of three children in E Kindergarten in Nanning were mainly used to record the humble behavior events of children in three mixed age classes.Use self-compiled "mixed age class children modest behavior observation record table" from the objective perspective to record the actual process of mixed age class children modest behavior events,according to the current situation to study the modest record of the gender and age,the gender and age of the modest behavior,the type of the activity,the theme of modest behavior.Through case analysis and interviews with children,we analyzed children’s motivation for modest behavior,interviewed children and teachers to understand teachers’ views on children’s modest behavior,and present effective and typical modest cases combined with relevant theories,so as to summarize the current situation of children’s modest behavior in mixed-age classes.Through the analysis of children humility behavior data collected by 3 sample mixed-age classes,the study draws the following conclusions: large groups of children initiate humility behavior events;children humility theme mainly humility behavior;children humility behavior in different mixed-age activities.The analysis of the factors affecting children’s modest behavior in mixed age classes has the following aspects: children’s own factors affect the development of humility behavior,children’s psychological needs to be affirmed affect children’s humility tendency,children’s opinion and selection ability affect children’s judgment of others;Peer factors include peer evaluation affecting children’s constraints on their own behavior,peer example affecting the strengthening of children’s modest behavior;Teacher factors include the influence of teacher authority on the authenticity of children’s modest behavior,teachers’ expectations and evaluation affects the frequency of children’s modest behavior,and the interaction between teachers and children affects the process of children’s modest behavior consciously transformed into reality;Parent factors include parents ’parenting style affecting the formation of children’s humility attitude,parents ’concept of humility affects children’s concept of humility;Kindergarten factors include the weaving form of the mixed-age class activity group affecting the children’s opportunity to have humility;The materials of educational activities affect children’s opportunities for humility.According to the conclusion of the modest behavior performance of children in mixed age classes,For children,teachers,parents,kindergarten four aspects of the mixed age class in the children’s modest behavior of the training strategy suggestions;At the child level,children should learn to take the initiative to humility,experience peer emotions,enrich their own humility;At the teacher level,teachers should reasonably use the influence on children’s modest behavior,give reasonable and positive feedback to children’s modest behavior,seize the opportunity of modest education to actively interact between teachers and children,Implement personalized guidance,use games to improve children’s empathic ability and viewpoint selection ability,and use the role model of peers to cultivate children’s modest behavior;Parents improve parenting style,Correct understanding of the concept of humility,to encourage children to communicate with peers at different age stages;Kindergarten level to use the advantages of mixed age class to create an environment conducive to humble behavior,kindergarten should pay attention to the organization of mixed age activities,Provide opportunities for modest performance. |
