| Sports games are an important form of children’s games and play an irreplaceable role in children’s physical and mental development.Although sports games can be carried out smoothly in kindergartens,there are still some problems in educational practice,such as insufficient delivery of sports equipment,insufficient content and form of sports games,and teachers’ lack of organization and development strategies.This study takes teachers with experience in leading large classes in Jinan as the research object.According to the situation of the questionnaire and in combination with teacher interviews,it deeply analyzes the current situation of teacher guidance in large class sports games,explores the main reasons that affect teacher guidance strategies,and puts forward suggestions to improve teacher guidance strategies.In the first part,the introduction describes the background,research ideas and problems of this paper,followed by literature review,concept definition and theoretical basis;The second part is the quantitative research on the guidance methods of large class sports games.It includes a descriptive analysis of the teachers’ ideas and the current situation of sports games,aiming to understand the relevant concepts of teachers’ guidance of sports games and the development effect and frequency of sports games;This paper analyzes the differences of teachers’ guiding roles and ways in order to explore the differences of teachers’ guiding roles and ways in teaching age,education background and staffing;This paper analyzes the correlation between teachers’ reflection on sports game guidance and game effect,and explores whether there is correlation between them.The third part is a qualitative study of the ways and methods of guidance for large class sports games.Use NVivo to analyze the data of the interview outline,and find out the role playing and guiding methods of teachers in the large class sports games,as well as the difficulties teachers encounter in organizing and guiding sports games.The fourth part is to sort out and analyze the data,and get the research results;The fifth part is the cause analysis based on the research results;The final part is to draw conclusions from the study and propose feasible suggestions on improving the preschool sports system,emphasizing individual differences among young children,deepening teacher professional knowledge,and respecting the dominant position of young children from the three levels of the country,kindergartens,and teachers. |
