| With the implementation of the renovation and new construction of administrative village kindergartens,the establishment of village-level public kindergartens has been promoted,and the popularization of rural preschool education has been promoted directly.However,under the background of large-scale rural preschool education,the phenomenon of rural small-scale mountain kindergartens has also appeared.Because of the restriction of conditions and lack of students,kindergartens in mountain villages are forced to organize mixed-age classes and carry out mixed-age education.Because of the lack of professional knowledge of some teachers,they will not design outdoor mixed-age sports games as a whole.In the process of organizing games,they are subjective and random.They lack the guidance consciousness of children’s basic motor skills,observation ability,cooperation consciousness and problem solving ability,and seldom carry out outdoor mixed-age sports games.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of outdoor mixed-age sports games in C kindergarten and the development of children’s abilities,to design a game plan in accordance with C kindergarten together with kindergarten teachers,and to organize and implement it in practice,so as to enhance the ability of teachers to design and organize outdoor mixed-age sports games,and to promote the development of children’s motor skills,physique,observation,cooperation and problem solving ability.On the basis of fully understanding the development of children’s ability and the outdoor mixed-age sports games in kindergartens,combining the characteristics of children’s life experience and thinking development,the cognitive goals and motor skills goals are divided into different age groups,and the cultivation of emotional attitudes is regarded as a common goal.The games with inclusiveness,plot,cooperation and interest are designed and developed.By integrating the materials around or familiar to children,we can select the content of games that accord with children’s life experience and interest,explore and select local local resources,idle resources and waste resources as game materials,and properly put them in,highlighting the hierarchy.Design a game process based on children’s life experience and interest,and the story plot of children’s interest throughout the game,arrange the role into the game rationally,and acquire the ability development in the exploration.Through the observation of children’s independent activities and teachers’ organizing outdoor mixed-age sports games,action research has achieved certain results,which can be seen in the improvement of children’s ability to varying degrees;the improvement of teachers’ organizational concept of outdoor mixed-age sports games;and the improvement of the utilization of native materials.Based on the analysis and summary of the development of outdoor mixed-age sports games in kindergartens,the following conclusions are drawn: combining mental and action development,focusing on the cultivation of children’s basic learning ability;setting and integrating goals at age level is the key to activity design;activities with different intensity and difficulty are the key points of program design;intelligent organization games and timely adjustment programs are the difficulty of activity organization.Based on the results and conclusions of the implementation of the activities,the researcher puts forward six suggestions on the design and organization of outdoor mixed-age sports games for kindergarten teachers in mountain villages from six aspects: multi-sectoral collaborative efforts to promote the professional development of village teachers;learning the characteristics of children’s psychological development to enhance the ability of activity design;focusing on the design of physical and mental development goals;Organize outdoor mixed-age sports games;explore and put in local resources to enrich sports games materials in kindergartens in mountain villages;fully absorb and utilize parents’ resources around educational objectives;build game learning community to promote the common development of mixed-age children. |
