Study On High School Mathematics Academic Evaluation Based On Multiple Intelligences Theory

Abstract/Summary:
In the 1980 s,according to my country’s national conditions and the problems faced by education,my country put forward the concept of quality education,which has been widely implemented since then.In 2017,the introduction of the core literacy of mathematics in senior high school further showed that my country’s education is paying more and more attention to the all-round development of students.The world-renowned educational psychologist,Gardner,put forward the theory of multiple intelligences,which is consistent with the purpose of quality education in our country and the requirements of core literacy.Student academic evaluation is indispensable in teaching.The new curriculum reform pointed out that "the evaluation of students should not be based on the scores on the paper.It is proposed to create an evaluation mechanism that can enable students to develop various qualities.It is necessary to be good at exploring students’ potential and help enhance students’ self-confidence." However,in actual mathematics teaching,there are still many problems in the implementation of academic evaluation that hinder students’ growth.Diversity of assessment is essential to the overall development of students.Therefore,it is of great significance to implement mathematics academic evaluation under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences.This research first uses the literature analysis method to consult and sort out relevant materials,analyze the development of multiple intelligences theory and academic evaluation at home and abroad,and based on this,clarify the research questions and ideas,and define the concepts of intelligence,intelligence and academic evaluation.According to the theory of multiple intelligences,a questionnaire for students and a questionnaire for teachers are prepared.Secondly,use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the students and mathematics teachers in some surrounding middle schools.The survey contents are:(1)to investigate the development of various intelligences of high school students in mathematics;(2)to investigate the concept of mathematics teachers’ academic evaluation;(3)investigate the status of academic evaluation from the perspective of students.Finally,using data analysis method to organize and analyze the recovered data,after data analysis,it is found that there is still a phenomenon of single evaluation standard,method,subject and content in the current mathematics academic evaluation.This paper analyzes the reasons why this phenomenon still exists,and puts forward corresponding academic evaluation strategies based on the theory of multiple intelligences,which is explained through teaching design.In addition,based on this theory,a mathematics academic evaluation system that meets the teaching requirements is constructed.Through the above research,it is found that the various intelligences possessed by students are closely linked and affect each other.According to the characteristics of students’ intelligence,teachers should evaluate students’ academic performance from multiple aspects and in a variety of ways,so that students’ intelligence can be fully developed and students can develop in an all-round way.Theory in this regard.
