| The degree of rural aging continues to deepen,so that the rural pension problem has gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.As the most basic way of pension for the elderly in rural areas, the family pension function is gradually degraded due to many factors, such as the reduction of family scale, children working out and the imbalance of family intergenerational relationship.Under this circumstance, the young elderly in rural areas gradually change their willingness to retire, and the choice of pension mode presents a diversified trend.Family intergenerational relationship is closely related to the change of pension willingness. With the imbalance of family intergenerational relationship, the "feedback"intergenerational relationship is loosened.Simple family pension can no longer guarantee the quality of life of the young elderly in their old age,and the pension willingness of the young elderly in rural areas shows a transformation trend.Based on the above background, from the perspective of family intergenerational relationship, the young rural elderly as the research object,Based on social exchange theory,ERG demand theory, altruism theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis, and based on field research data, multiple variables at three levels of development, intergenerational distance, intergenerational authority and intergenerational support were selected as the explanatory variables, and the pension will was considered as the explanatory variables.First of all,the descriptive statistical analysis of the basic personal characteristics, economic status, family intergenerational relationship and pension willingness of the elderly in the young rural areas,so as to understand the basic pension status of the young elderly in T Village. Then, multiple Logistics model was used to analyze the influence of family intergenerational relationship on the pension willingness of young rural elderly,The regression results show that the intergenerational relationship has a significant impact on the willingness of young rural elderly:in terms of intergenerational distance,Young elderly people who do not live with their children are more willing to choose self-pension and institutional pension,The relationship between variables and children has no significant impact on the choice of pension mode for the elderly; From the perspective of the generational authority,The influence of the variable matter decision right and whether to have dinner first on the elderly’s willingness to support the elderly is not significant; In terms of intergenerational support,Young elderly people who pay for their own medical care and self-care when they are sick are more likely to choose self-retirement,Young elderly people whose daily children do not provide material support are more willing to choose institutional pension,Whether the variables were often associated with the children failed the significance test.In general, some aspects of family intergenerational relationship will profoundly affect the willingness of the young elderly in rural areas, but the family pension method is still the primary choice of most young rural elderly, followed by self-pension,and less institutional pension method. Therefore, this paper combines the data analysis results of the pension willingness of the young rural elderly, and puts forward the following suggestions for the pension problems of the young rural elderly:consolidate the basic position of family pension, actively promote the development of rural mutual pension, promote the development of pension institutions and optimize the self-pension mode. |
