Research On Precise Ideological And Political Implementation In Universities In The New Era

Ideological and political education in colleges is related to the fundamental problem of what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom,and the status of ideological and political education in colleges is very important in the new era.At present,the ideological and political education in colleges is kept short of precision and effectiveness.Improving the accuracy of the implementation process of ideological and political education in colleges and implementing the precision is conducive to improving the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.This paper closely combines the goal of realizing the precision of ideological and political education in colleges,with "students’ actual characteristics and corresponding needs" as the guidance,and from the four aspects: accurately grasp the education object,accurate implementation content,accurate application methods,accurate feedback effect to deeply discusses how to improve the accuracy of ideological and political education in the new era.This paper consists of five parts:The first part,on the basis of defining the connotation of precise ideological and political affairs,expounds the characteristics,necessity and scientific basis of precise ideological and political affairs respectively.The second part,from the three characteristics of educational objects: difference,time nature and dynamic,to discuss the premise of precise ideological and political implementation in universities in the new era——grasp the educational objects accurately.From the third to fifth parts,the precise implementation of educational contents,the precise application of educational methods and the precise feedback of educational effect are discussed respectively based on the accurate grasp of the above three characteristics and the corresponding needs of educational objects.Among them,the third part discusses the precise implementation content — — the foundation of precise ideological and political implementation,including meeting the different needs of educational objects,contemporary content needs and dynamic needs.The fourth part puts forward the precise application method — — the key to precise ideological and political implementation,including paying attention to the difference of educational methods,the era of educational methods,and the coordination of educational methods.The fifth part discusses the precise feedback effect — — the guarantee of implementation of precise ideological and political education,including the accurate feedback content,accurate feedback method and accurate improvement measures.
