Research On Improving The Effectiveness Of College Counselors’ Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Precise Ideological And Political Education

After years of development,the ideological and political work in China has formed a complete education system,with profound educational and teaching heritage.As the backbone of the ideological and political education of students in colleges and universities,counselors’ team building is also increasingly showing a scientific and professional development trend,providing great help for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.However,under the influence of the development of information technology,colleges and universities also need to pay attention to the problems in the effectiveness and pertinence of students’ ideological and political work.This paper selects Yunnan Normal University,Yunnan University,Honghe University and other Yunnan universities as samples to formulate and implement questionnaires.Through the survey results,we know that in the process of carrying out the ideological and political education for students,there are some problems,such as the limited role of college counselors,the weakening of educational functions,the inflexibility of educational methods,and the backwardness of educational concepts.These problems affect the ideological and political work of college counselors,and also affect the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the educational concept and mode of college counselors’ precise ideological and political education,with a view to enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of college counselors in carrying out students’ ideological and political education,and better implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.
