To revitalize the country,we must first strengthen education,and to revitalize education,we must first strengthen teachers.Teachers are the primary factor to promote the development of school physical education.The CPC Central Committee has made a series of major decisions on the construction of teachers since the18 th National Congress,which has made China pay more and more attention to teachers on the basis of basic education,and the trend of teachers’ professional development is getting better and better.Whether it is the appeal of the state or the urgent demand and solid expectation of the social environment for the physical education teacher industry.The individual development of teachers is the core element and final performance of the whole teacher in the macro development,and their professional ability is the core element and external performance of teacher evaluation.In terms of the need to improve teachers’ professional ability,we should not only implement it from top to bottom,but also from bottom to top.Starting from the actual situation of teachers,we should pay attention to the integration of theory with practice.The characteristic brand construction of one school and one product is the unique personality of the school.On the basis of the generality of general schools,the school should reflect its own personality and establish the school running concept of "no one has me,I have my excellence,and I have my specialty".For the sports events of a school with one grade sports characteristics,physical education teachers should master the knowledge structure and skills of characteristic projects,increase characteristic teaching on the basis of the original teaching,formulate corresponding training plans in combination with characteristic projects,carry out unique sports activities,deeply tap the internal value of characteristic projects,and deeply explore the academic research of sports characteristic projects,Show the school’s characteristic projects with its own uniqueness.From the perspective of one school and one product,we should not only study and innovate the school characteristic sports,but also put forward higher requirements for the professional ability of physical education teachers.This study takes the current situation of the professional ability of physical education teachers in Kaifeng primary and secondary schools,one school and one grade physical education characteristic schools as the starting point,and analyzes the contents of the professional ability of physical education teachers through the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,including the professional ability of physical education teachers,influencing factors,existing problems and promotion paths,so as to find that the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and one grade physical education characteristic schools are in teaching ability There are deficiencies in after-school physical training and competition ability,scientific research ability,self-learning and reflection ability and innovation ability:1.teaching lacks the connection between theory and practice,and the teaching evaluation method is single;2.After school sports training design and practice fit low,sports competition consciousness is weak;3.The basic scientific research ability is weak and needs to be improved;4.The way of self-learning is single,and self reflection has no depth and breadth;5.The innovative way is solidified and the content is single.This study puts forward the following ways to improve the professional ability of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools:1.promote the teaching mode of "one school,one product" and optimize the teaching form;2.attach importance to the project construction of one school and one product,and strengthen the awareness of training and competition;3.improve the development of sports characteristic projects of one school and one product,and strengthen the foundation of sports scientific research;4.expand the learning channels of one school and one product,and establish the concept of lifelong learning;5.explore the new situation of "one school,one product" development and enrich sports innovation methods.
