The emergence of MOOCs breaks through the time and space limitations of the traditional classroom teaching.It brings new forms of interactive feedback.Under the endorsement of information technology,MOOCs promote the innovation and transformation of modern education,and it promotes the reform of modern classroom teaching mode.In the context of the Internet,the construction of MOOCs in journalism and communication will play a important role in the reform of cultivating new talents and reform in education.Due to the educational attributes of MOOCs,related research mainly focuses on teaching application and platform technology.It is less studied from the perspective of communication.As a product of Internet technology,MOOCs also have the characteristics of "user first".Understanding the real attitudes and needs of the audience has become the key point.How to adapt to learners’ individual development,diverse needs and enhance the impact of the curriculum,which is the focus of curriculum construction.The thesis designs the questionnaire frame based on the theoretical logic of "use and gratifications approach".This survey is conducted on the learners of journalism and communication MOOCs from three dimensions: learner’s media expectation,media contact,and media satisfaction.It analyzes the feedback of the audience of the journalism and communication MOOC at three levels: cognition,psychological attitude and behavior.It helps us understand the real attitudes of learners towards such MOOCsCombined with the list of the second batch of national excellent online courses announced by the Ministry of Education.The thesis screened out the journalism and communication MOOC courses.From the perspective of communication,the sample MOOCs are analyzed according to five dimensions:including teaching team,teaching content,teaching design,teaching resources and support,and teaching feedback.It explores the current state of teaching practice in journalism and communication MOOCsFinally,we found an interesting phenomenon.It is that learners are generally satisfied with journalism and communication MOOCs,but the course dropout rate remains high.This shows that there may be some problems in the teaching practice and dissemination of MOOCs.For example,poor adaptability of teachers,supervision of students is weak,course content is homogeneous and learners have vague cognition of MOOCs.Provide corresponding countermeasure for these problems: the teaching team and the platform work together to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,enrich teaching forms,improve the course content system;colleges and universities cooperate to expand the publicity of MOOCs,cultivate students’ "opinion leaders",highlight the function of "setting the agenda" of the media,and improve the communication effect of MOOCs.
