Research On Labor Education For College Students From The Perspective Of Xi Jinping’s Theory Of Happiness

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important speeches on happiness on many occasions,forming a rich,logical and hierarchical idea of life happiness,which constitutes a systematic theory of happiness.On September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the National Education Conference that labor education should be incorporated into the personnel training system.Labor is the life activity and essential attribute of human beings.In the final analysis,happiness depends on labor to create,which is also reflected in labor.Therefore,Labor Education for College Students and Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness have a very close logical relationship.Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness provides important theoretical guidance for Labor Education of College Students.Labor Education for College Students is an important means to interpret Xi Jinping’s Theory of happiness.Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness and Labor Education for College Students are unified in the value orientation of people’s free and all-round development.Under the vigorous call of the Party Central Committee,Labor Education for College Students in the new era has achieved certain results,such as the continuous improvement of the status of labor education,the continuous improvement of labor education system and the continuous development of labor education practice.However,it also faces the happiness dilemma of weakening labor education in Colleges and universities,weakening social labor education,softening family labor education and weakening self-education of college students.The main reasons are that the educational content do not really reflect the ideological essence of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness;Educational methods are difficult to achieve the practical requirements of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness;The guidance of society to labor value can not fully demonstrate the important value of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness;There is still a gap between the sense of social initiative and Xi Jinping’s theory of national happiness;There is a deviation between the idea of family emphasizing intellectual education and neglecting labor education and Xi Jinping’s theory of labor happiness;Family labor atmosphere does not conform to the characteristics of national labor happiness in Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness;Some college students’ labor values lack the value command of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness,labor consciousness and labor habits,and there is still a gap between the inherent needs of practicing Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness.Therefore,the Labor Education for College Students from the perspective of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness is of great significance.In order to cultivate the labor spirit of college students in the new era,shape their labor values,enhance their ability to create happiness,and ultimately enable them to achieve all-round development,the following feasible countermeasures are put forward: the first is to take Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness as the ideological guide to build a school education system of happy labor.Colleges and universities should unify their thinking and understanding and construct the guarantee chain of labor education;We should pursue scientific orientation and develop the content of labor curriculum;We should link up inside and outside schools to enrich labor education resources;We should set up reasonable indicators and pay attention to the evaluation of labor quality.The second is to take Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness as value pursuit and promote the social fashion of labor happiness.The society should give full play to the guidance of public opinion and carry forward the spirit of model workers;To adapt to the new form of labor and build a new platform for labor;We should gather consensus from all walks of life and build harmonious labor relations.The third is to take Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness as family self-cultivation and pursue a happy family with full labor.Parents should improve their literacy and form the concept of labor happiness;Families should carry forward the excellent tradition of diligence and economy and achieve good family customs;Family members should work regularly to build a happy family.The fourth is to take Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness as the goal of life and realize the ideal life of labor happiness.College students should establish a correct concept of happiness,work to achieve an ideal life;We should actively participate in the society and participate in labor practice and service;We should cultivate the spirit of labor and help to realize a happy China.In this way,Labor Education for College Students will play its unique educational value under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Theory of Happiness and achieve new and better results.
