Labor is the basis for human survival and development,and an important practice method for human beings.It is precisely because of labor that human beings have created a life full of meaning and a colorful world.Education is a comprehensive practical activity that exerts a positive influence on human beings and promotes their development.Labor and education are closely interrelated,and education contains labor factors.Since ancient times,teachers have been role models for preaching and solving puzzles.Whether labor education teachers can implement labor education that meets the requirements of the new era and "integration of five education" is inseparable from their professional quality.Based on the existing research literature,this study comprehensively used questionnaire survey and interview methods.This study divides the professional quality of primary school labor education teachers into five dimensions: professional emotion,professional knowledge and ability of labor education,labor skills,reflection and self-development,and work and life management.In addition to the low average score of “the ability to cooperate,develop and utilize various labor education resources”,the overall level of professional quality of primary school labor education teachers is in an acceptable range.Starting from the reality,analyze the causes of the problem,and based on the survey results,explore the influencing factors of the professional quality of primary school labor education teachers.Starting from the problems existing in various dimensions of the professional quality of primary labor education teachers,the problems are attributed separately.First,in terms of professional emotions,due to the low level of social support,high work pressure,and strong sense of job burnout,emotional difficulties have risen;Second,in terms of professional knowledge and ability of labor education,due to the imperfect content and system of labor education teachers’ education,and the new requirements of school labor education for teachers in the new era,their professional knowledge and ability are also incompetent;Third,in terms of labor skills,due to teachers’ weak self-development awareness and limited external support for development,their skill level is not high;Fourth,in terms of reflection and self-development,teachers’ development is limited due to their busy working days,lack of individual growth education,and lack of development awareness;Fifth,in terms of work and life management,due to lack of external training and lack of internal attention,the score in this dimension is not high.Aiming at the problems existing in the five dimensions of professional quality of primary labor education teachers,this study constructs the development path system of primary labor education teachers’ professional quality from two aspects: pre-service education and post-service education of primary labor education teachers.It mainly includes: exploring the curriculum setting of pre-service labor education teachers,exploring the whole-process model of educational practice,establishing and improving the current professional development system for labor education teachers,focusing on optimizing the post-service education environment for primary labor education teachers,and exploring diversified post-service labor education teachers in primary schools form of education. |
