| As China enters a new phase of rapid development,industrial upgrading and economic development restructuring continue to accelerate,the demand for technicall skilled personnel in all sectors is becoming more and more urgent,and the important influence and effect of vocational education is becoming more and more clearl.The Implementation Plan of Special Work for Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion issued b the Ministr of Education ushered in the second peak of the development of private colleges in China.The competition of highqualit teachers has become the ke to the competition among private colleges and universities,which is the inevitable requirement for the survival and development of private colleges and universities in the fierce competition.The instabilit and frequent flow of teachers in privatelrun higher vocational colleges have alwas been the ke factors restricting the qualit of privatelrun higher vocational education.Teachers at the core of school resources,is the institute to assure the teaching qualit,the stud development of the most important force,vigorousl develop vocational education in the countr under the background,who is able to cope with the problem of teachers’ talent crisis,who will be leading the tide of vocational education reform step,step b step leading to master the initiative,and thus a shoo-in.In this paper,Private Vocational College is taken as the research object,aiming at the problem of teacher turnover faced b the school at present,Maslow’s Hierarch of Needs theor and two-factor theor are taken as the research basis,the extended Price and Mueller model as the analsis model,combined with the actual situation and development background of the current school.Using literature analsis,interview methods such as teachers,explore the reasons of the loss of Private vocational college teachers,and find out the current school there is a part of the problem of human resource management,including teachers’ salar,benefits,development planning of teacher motivation,school culture,teachers are insufficient,All these deficiencies will lead to the tendenc of teacher turnover in Private Vocational college.After focusing on the analsis of external,internal and personal reasons for teacher turnover in Private Vocational College,corresponding solutions will be provided on this basis.I hope to help Private Vocational College stabilize its facult,ensure its teaching qualit and improve its competitiveness. |
