Abstract/Summary:
Private higher education is an essential portion of domestic higher education,it has cultivated a great number of technical students.However,with the competition intensified,the shortage teachers is a universal phenomenon in most private colleges,which has seriously affected the development of the colleges.H college is one of the typical examples.How to improve teacher turnover in H college is the purpose and significance of this dissertation.On the basis of the correlative theses,theory,and the realistic condition of H college,the dissertation designs a questionnaire and interview to collect the work satisfaction of teachers in H college,and finds the problems and the reasons for teacher turnover through in-depth analysis.In view of the main reasons for teacher turnover in H college,this dissertation puts forward improvement schemes by using the knowledge of modern human resource management: firstly,we must establish a teacher-oriented management concept;Secondly,we must perfect the regime of recruitment,remuneration,performance management,training and development;Finally,we must establish systems that can implement the improvement schemes and reconstruct the campus culture.After the gradual implementation of the improvement schemes,the recruitment,teachers’ salary and satisfaction have been improved.And the schemes will continue to be implemented.For H college,the improvement schemes are not invariable.Only by constantly dynamically adjusting the college’s management mode and system,and according to the actual situation of the college,the long-term and stable development of the construction of teaching staff can be ensured,and the improvement schemes can be better optimized in the continuous adjustment in the future.This study can provide some theoretical and case reference for similar problems in other private colleges.
