Preschool education is formative education,is a key link of children’s psychological and intellectual development.Teachers are "engineers of human soul",not only responsible for teaching,but also shoulder the "hard gardener","light","lighthouse" and other sacred mission.Especially as preschool teachers,they are faced with mentally immature children,and teachers have a profound influence on them.This requires that our preschool teachers must have the correct educational concept,establish a good teacher image,have a rigorous knowledge structure and positive healthy mental state.At this stage,the state needs to strengthen the supervision and support of private preschool education.Some private kindergartens have some problems such as excessive pursuit of economic benefits,poor quality of running schools and unstable teachers.It harms the physical and mental health of children.It seriously hinders the normal development of preschool education.And stifles the future and destiny of our nation.Taking T private kindergarten as an example.The author conducted the research by reading a large number of articles,one-on-one interviews,designing and issuing questionnaires and software analysis.The article makes extensive reference to professional knowledge of human resource management,from the employee’s attitude to work situation,professional identity,employee loyalty,etc,This paper analyzes and summarizes the unique characteristics,causes and negative effects of teachers’ dimission in T private kindergarten.According to the research findings,the dimission factors of T private kindergarten teachers involve three aspects.At frist,about the T private kindergarten aspect mainly includes: the salary level is too low,there is no room for promotion and development,and the training system is backward study mechanism,limited management level,and heavy teaching tasks;Second,teachers mainly do not agree with their own profession identity,family reasons,personal career development planning and employment concept change;Third,the social environment mainly includes: rising prices,increased living costs,increased external employment opportunities,the proliferation of false recruitment information,and insufficient recognition and respect for preschool teacher work.In the end,according to the results of the research and survey,countermeasures and suggestions are formulated to help T private kindergarten improve teachers’ satisfaction,lower the rate of teacher turnover,and increase the stability of the teaching staff,which are mainly divided into two aspects: improving the management system,improving the management level,attach importance to the training of teachers and strive to create a working environment for growth.In terms of improving the management system and improving the leadership management level and communication skills,attach importance to the skills training of teachers,and strive to create a good environment for growth.Perfect the supporting system,attach importance to enterprise human resources management,coordinated construction of kindergarten teachers,improve the salary and welfare treatment the incentive and assessment mechanism;Understand and master the current situation of teachers and establish early warning of teacher turnover;Formulate various service agreements to increase the cost of teachers’ separation.By paying attention to the career planning of employees,teachers can enhance their professional identity to the work of preschool teachers and create a harmonious and warm working environment;We will improve the training and refresher mechanism and expand the channels for job promotion.
