In this regard,there must be a higher level of education and demand for high-quality talents.Under the background of an environment,the country is also gradually carrying out higher expansion,thereby expanding the scale of enrollment and the construction of colleges and universities,so the number of graduates has also been continuously increasing.At the same time,under the influence of the epidemic,the academic employment environment and completion conditions are very unoptimistic.Therefore,the employment issue of university graduates has gradually developed into a major concern of society.College students are a precious human resource.How the government can promote its employment rate and realize the ability to use its own skills to serve the construction of human society is a key issue that needs to be resolved urgently during development.Although the government has promulgated and adopted a series of related policies and measures to promote the employment of college students,measures to increase the employment rate of college students,but because the announced policy and implementation mechanism still have certain shortcomings,it will definitely lead to the effect of policy implementation And not ideal.Therefore,based on this foundation,this research intends to adopt empirical research methods,and from the perspectives of the state and local governments,taking the employment status of college students in Y colleges as an example,in-depth discussion of how to effectively and targeted solutions to colleges and universities Issues related to employment of college students.Work in homework.Based on the above foundation,this research starts with relevant research theories,such as Keynesian employment theory,labor demand and government intervention theory,etc.,with Y colleges as the main investigation and research objects,and combines related research by mainly using questionnaires.Methods to understand the local government’s public policies and implementation mechanisms in guiding and promoting the employment of local college students and some remaining shortcomings,and analyze,summarize the causes of related problems,and finally put forward relevant research recommendations.This research proposes the following five countermeasures to optimize policy design from the perspective of the government,formulates relevant employment policies for college students to open up new employment channels;perfects and targets employment guidance services for college students;formulates policies to promote entrepreneurship to drive employment;standardize the employment market for college students,Strengthen government supervision responsibility;deepen the reform of education and teaching,and promote the coordinated development of higher education.
