Although the Internet era has arrived,the emotional transmission and care function of teacher-student communication in vocational college classroom teaching is still irreplaceable.Communication skills are an important factor that affects the quality of communication between teachers and students in secondary vocational classrooms,and thus the quality of classroom teaching.Drawing on the non-violent communication model that pays attention to people’s feelings and needs and applying it to the teaching of secondary vocational classrooms is conducive to improving the quality of communication between teachers and students in secondary vocational classroom teaching.The research methods used in this study include literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and interview survey method.Firstly,the application of nonviolent communication mode is analyzed through the literature research method.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method and the interview survey method,the students and teachers of S Secondary Vocational School in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province,were studied to understand the communication status of teachers and students in secondary vocational classroom teaching.Finally,through the questionnaire survey method,a typical class student of Suzhou S Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province was used as the research object to understand the application effect of non-violent communication mode in secondary vocational classroom teaching.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research objectives,research significance,research status,research ideas,and research methods of the study;the second chapter mainly introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the nonviolent communication model,including the definition of the concept of the nonviolent communication model,the relevant theoretical basis and the specific content of the nonviolent communication mode;the third chapter mainly explains the communication status and attribution analysis of teachers and students in the middle vocational classroom;and the fourth chapter mainly introduces the application design of the nonviolent communication model in the teaching of secondary vocational classrooms The fifth chapter mainly introduces the application process and application effect of nonviolent communication mode in secondary vocational classroom teaching;the sixth chapter mainly introduces the research conclusions and application suggestions of the study.Through research,it is found that the application of non-violent communication mode to secondary vocational classroom teaching can not only be used as a way to break through the key difficulties of classroom teaching,but also conducive to cultivating students’ self-confidence and curiosity,and also help to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
