Research On The Effect Of Wuhan Government’s Purchase Of Youth Public Sports Services From The Perspective Of Audience Satisfaction

This paper takes the effect of Wuhan Municipal Government’s purchase of public sports services for young people as the research object,and conducts an empirical analysis of the status quo and effect of Wuhan Municipal Government’s purchase of public sports services for young people through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics.Taking the 2021 Wuhan Youth Sports Summer Camp as a case study,the satisfaction and gains of adolescents and parents participating in the activity were investigated.This study is based on the theory of good governance,the theory of new public services,and the theory of customer satisfaction.The aim is to summarize the effectiveness of the Wuhan government’s purchase of public sports services for young people and propose optimization suggestions.The research results show that the Wuhan Municipal Government has achieved certain results in purchasing public sports services for teenagers.Firstly,purchasing services cultivates young people to acquire new sports skills,enabling them to enjoy the fun of exercise.Secondly,purchasing services promotes the development of teenagers’ interpersonal skills,and through communication and sharing with others,they gain a richer social experience.Thirdly,purchasing services enriches the summer life of teenagers,providing them with additional choices that not only enhance their physical fitness but also reduce stress.Fourthly,purchasing services promotes the development of family sports,and through the participation of teenagers,it drives family members to participate in sports activities together.Fifthly,purchasing services has promoted the growth of the sports population,and teenagers have developed their interests and hobbies in sports through participating in sports activities,laying a good foundation for lifelong sports.Sixth,purchasing services promotes the development and growth of social sports organizations,and the continuous participation of teenagers provides more participants and vitality for sports organizations.However,there are still some problems in the purchase of youth public sports services by the Wuhan Municipal Government.Insufficient purchase of services to meet the needs of young people;The time arrangement for purchasing services is not reasonable enough,which brings physical and mental burden to the audience of teenagers;The ability of the purchasing service provider varies,which affects the quality and effectiveness of the service;The purchase of services lacks a comprehensive evaluation and supervision system,making it difficult to fully understand the actual situation and effectiveness of the services.To address the above issues,this study proposes the following optimization suggestions.Firstly,the number of services purchased should be increased,and the government’s investment in public sports services for young people should be increased to ensure that more young people can benefit.Secondly,the timing of purchasing services should be optimized to avoid arranging training time too early or too late,and to reduce the physical and mental burden on the audience’s youth when participating in activities.Thirdly,it is necessary to enhance the ability of service providers to purchase services,including training and selecting excellent coaches and staff,providing professional and high-quality services to meet the needs of the audience’s youth.In addition,it is possible to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the undertaking entities,forming a situation of resource sharing and complementary advantages.Fourthly,a comprehensive evaluation and supervision system for purchasing services should be established.Through regular evaluation and monitoring,problems should be identified and resolved in a timely manner to improve the efficiency and quality of government procurement of public sports services for young people.Fifth,strengthen policy support and publicity,increase training and support for service providers,and improve their management and service levels.In summary,through a study on the effectiveness of the Wuhan Municipal Government’s purchase of public sports services for teenagers,this article reveals the positive effects and existing problems of purchasing services,and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.This has important practical significance for promoting the further development of government procurement services and improving the quality of public sports services for young people.
