The proposal of "integration of sports and medicine" has accelerated the development of sports and medical-related industries,and the development of sports rehabilitation industry as a close integration of sports and medicine is even more overwhelming.The state provides many policy guarantees to promote the development of rehabilitation medical cause,and sports rehabilitation talents are the primary resources to promote the development of rehabilitation medical cause.Social development puts forward a higher demand for rehabilitation talents,so schools at all levels and of all kinds should accelerate the training of professional talents proficient in the theoretical knowledge and skills of sports rehabilitation.As a pioneer in the professional development of sports rehabilitation,how is the current talent training status of sports rehabilitation major in sports colleges and universities? How to give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities to cultivate higher quality sports rehabilitation professionals? Therefore,this study investigated and analyzed the training mode of sports rehabilitation professionals in physical education colleges and put forward suggestions in order to provide theoretical basis for the reform and development of sports rehabilitation specialty.This study mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire method,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method,on the basis of clarifying the concepts related to training mode of sports rehabilitation professionals and domestic and foreign research,students majoring in sports rehabilitation from 2018 to 2021 from Beijing Sport University,Shanghai University of Sport and Wuhan University of Sport were investigated,questionnaire survey and interview were conducted from the aspects of professional recognition,training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching resources,assessment and evaluation,combined with the training programs of sports rehabilitation major in physical education colleges and universities,the existing problems of talent training mode are summarized,on the basis of reference and experience of relevant professional personnel training modes at home and abroad,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The main problems existing in the training mode of sports rehabilitation professionals in physical education colleges are as follows: The target is broad and the employment situation is difficult;The curriculum setting stresses "theory" over "practice","physical education" over "medicine";Traditional teaching methods;The quality of teaching resources varies;Assessment means and subject are single and lack of feedback.(2)Based on the experience of relevant professional personnel training modes at home and abroad: We should attach importance to clinical practice and basic medical courses;Clinical teaching should be carried out in one-to-one mode,and the construction of training classrooms and bases should be improved;Students are mainly taught by question teaching,discussion teaching and group teaching;The core idea of the assessment is to examine the depth and breadth of students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills as well as their critical thinking ability.(3)In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following optimization suggestions: Demand-oriented clear training objectives,highlighting the advantages of colleges and universities;Adjust the proportion of courses and optimize the structure of courses;Innovate teaching methods and guide students to participate;Enrich teaching resources and improve the quality of resources;Establish assessment and evaluation system and adjust teaching program dynamically. |
