| In October 2021,the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China issued the "14th Five-Year" Sports Development Plan,which pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively build a cultural power,education power,talent power,sports power and healthy China,deepen the integration of sports and education,and strengthen ideological leadership in the field of sports.And there are higher expectations for cultivating the comprehensive sports core literacy of students in different academic stages.At present,our country is in the midst of a development boom for cultivating the core literacy of sports for primary and secondary school students,but the cultivation of the core literacy of sports for college students is still in the preliminary stage.As the future builders and successors of the motherland,college students in the new era need to improve themselves.Comprehensive sports core literacy escorts for a better healthy life when entering the society in the future.In this research,taking the current situation and improvement path of college students’ physical education core literacy in 8 colleges and universities in Zhengzhou as the research object,and 1,600 ordinary college students participated in the study the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are adopted as the subject of investigation.Since the specific elements of the core physical literacy of college students have not yet been specifically established at this stage,on the basis of in-depth comparative analysis of the theoretical researches on core physical literacy by well-known scholars in my country.The method of membership is used to construct a comprehensive index suitable for the core literacy system of college students in Zhengzhou.The specific questionnaires are set up according to the indicators to investigate and analyze the actual situation.Finally,the improvement path of Zhengzhou colleges and universities are put forward to cultivate the core literacy of college students’ sports.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The five elements of athletic ability,healthy behavior,sports morality,sports values,and sports information literacy are established as the first-level indicators,and the 18 second-level indicators are mainly composed of 5 first-level indicators.(2)In terms of athletic ability,the current situation of college students in Zhengzhou is good only in the second-level indicators of the physical health test level,and the performance of other second-level indicators in this dimension needs to be improved rapidly;In terms of healthy behaviors,college students who are currently in the all secondary indicators cannot maintain a good state;In terms of sports ethics,a few college students cannot show a positive side in sports spirit and sports ethics;In terms of sports values,most college students can establish positive and correct sports values;In terms of sports information literacy,the current situation of college students is worrying.(3)There are significant differences in the current situation of college students’ sports core literacy between males and females.Over all,boys’ comprehensive sports core literacy status is better than that of girls.In terms of athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports information literacy,girls perform better in values.(4)There are significant differences in the current situation of college students’ sports core literacy in the geographical location of colleges and universities,and the overall sports core literacy status of college students in eastern Zhengzhou is better than that of college students in other regions.The current situation of sports core literacy is comparable,while the current situation of sports core literacy displayed by college students in southern universities in different dimensions is relatively poor.Analyze the causes one by one according to the pain points of the current situation of college students’ sports core literacy survey in Zhengzhou City,and put forward the following improvement path measures.First,the condition supply of college students’ sports core literacy is steadily improved;Second,Based on sports core literacy,the physical education system in colleges and universities is optimized;Third,the school-school linkage promotes resource sharing,and integrates and penetrates the concept of physical education. |
