Taekwondo is popular all over the world.In China,taekwondo is widely favored by children and teenagers.It is precisely because of the unique project culture brought about by the sports spirit and values advocated by the sport that attracts many sports fans to participate.The core spirit of Taekwondo culture is mainly "etiquette,shame,patience,self-restraint,unyielding",which is exactly consistent with the theory of cultivating sports spirit in the core quality of sports.However,the research on the influence of Taekwondo exercise intervention on children's sports core literacy is relatively less.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper selects 6-8-year-old children as the subjects,takes taekwondo as the means of sports intervention,and deeply discusses the influence of Taekwondo training on the core literacy of children aged 6-8 years,such as sports morality,health behavior and physical quality.It provides theoretical support and experimental data for promoting Taekwondo into campus physical education classroom.In this study a township central primary school in shandong rizhao 6-8 years old children tae kwon do movement basic level as the object of investigation,in taekwondo training for 6 to 8 years old children sports core literacy influence as the research object in the age of 6 to 8,135 children in grade two and grade three each class a total of 67 people as experimental group,among them,the men's and women's 44 and 23 people respectively.In addition,two classes of grade two and grade three were used as the control group,with a total of 68 students.Among them,45 students and 23 students were male and female,respectively.The influence of questionnaire survey and experimental method on the core literacy such as physical education,moral character,health behavior and physical quality of children aged 6-8 years was studied.At the end of the 12-week experiment,there was a significant difference in physical education morality in the experimental group(34.26 ±6.45 vs.34.66± 6.07;34.06 ±6.50 vs.34.66± 5.98.P<0.05),there was a significant difference in physical morality between the control group and the experimental group(39.46±3.54 vs.34.73± 6.07;39.26± 3.63 vs.34.86 6.00,p<0.05),At the end of the 12-week experiment,there were significant differences in healthy behaviors(39.13 ±4.57 vs.34.06 ±4.57;39.46 ±4.00 vs.34.23± 3.72.P<0.05).At the end of the 12-week experiment,there was a significant difference in healthy behaviors between the control group and the experimental group(39.13±4.57 vs.34.60±4.13;39.46±4.00 vs.34.53±3.52.P <0.05).Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in vital capacity between boys and girls in the experimental group(1502.03± 354.63 vs.1518.73 ±356.47;1387.63±266.58 vs.1406.73±262.41.P>0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the 50-meter race(11.81 ±1.10 vs.11.61 0.98;12.33 ±1.15 vs.12.03 ±0.94.P >0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group in site-forward bending(7.19± 3.86 vs.8.42 ±4.21;10.08 ±5.20 vs.11.77±5.62.P >0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group in1-minute rope skipping(64.86±28.71 vs.73.70 ±28.95;67.20±30.65 vs.75.33±34.39,p>0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in vital capacity between boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group(1518.73±356.47 vs.1517.07±355.36;1406.73±262.41 vs.1393.03± 271.52.P>0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the 50-meter race between the experimental group and the control group(11.61 ±0.98 vs.11.88±1.12;12.03 0.94 vs.11.79± 1.05.P>0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group(8.42 ±4.21 vs.8.82±4.75;11.77± 5.62 vs.12.53± 5.80.P>0.05),there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group in 1-minute rope skipping(73.70± 28.95 vs.64.34± 26.78;75.33 ±34.39 vs.73.35 ±27.79.P>0.05).The research shows that Taekwondo sports intervention can promote the formation of sports morality of children aged 6-8.Taekwondo exercise intervention has a certain role in promoting the formation of 6-8-year-old children's sports health behavior.After12 weeks of Taekwondo teaching practice,it was found that the physical quality,vital capacity,50 meter running,sitting forward bending and one minute rope skipping in the experimental group were improved,but there was no significant difference.It showed that 12 week Taekwondo training had a certain role in promoting the physical quality of children aged 6-8 years.In a word,taekwondo training can have a certain impact on the core qualities of 6-8-year-old children,such as sports morality,health behavior and physical quality.
