| "Wushu entering campus" refers to the promotion,dissemination and transmission of Chinese martial arts in schools,through the use of martial arts as an educational carrier,deeply integrated into the school education system,in order to take up the mission of physical education and cultural inheritance in schools."Wushu entering campus" is an important way for the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent Chinese traditional culture,and it is also an important tool for deepening the "integration of sports and education" and promoting the healthy development of youth.This study takes the practice of "wushu entering campus" in Henan Province as the research object,to define the concept and history of "Wushu entering campus",to review the development history of "wushu entering campus" in Henan Province,to summarize and reflect on the experience and problems in practice through literature,questionnaire,field investigation and expert interviews.In addition,the current practical problems in the practice of "wushu entering campus" in Henan Province are investigated and analyzed,taking wushu special schools in Henan Province as an example.Finally,based on the experience summary and problem analysis,we propose the next reform strategy of wushu entering campus,and provide theoretical references and practical guidance to promote the high-quality development of "wushu entering campus" in Henan Province.The main conclusions of this study:(1)As a large martial arts province,Henan Province has achieved good results and experience in the work of "wushu entering campus".At present,the work of "wushu entering campus" in Henan Province has formed four mature experience models,namely,the model of integration of sports and education coordinated by Zhengzhou municipal education bureau and Zhengzhou administration of sport in all aspects,and the government-led model with comprehensive coordination by Wen County government,and the brand tree selection model of "provincial wushu special schools" jointly launched by the Henan Sports Bureau and Education Department of Henan Provincial,and the social organization model of cooperation between clubs and schools in the new five stars kung fu alliance.(2)At present,there are still some outstanding practical problems in the process of promoting the work of "Wushu entering the campus" in Henan Province.These problems are roughly divided into the following four aspects: first,the relevant leaders don’t have a clear understanding of the work of "wushu entering campus";second,the wushu teachers in schools aren’t professional;Third,the campus wushu culture atmosphere isn’t strong;Fourth,the education of wushu characteristics isn’t deep enough.(3)In response to the current situation,three reform ideas are proposed: first,the work of "Wushu entering the campus" needs the leadership of the government to ensure that the implementations of relevant policies are in place;Second,to promote the integration of sports and education,it’s necessary for the sports department and the education department to work together;Third,the work of "Wushu entering the campus" requires the participation of all staff,and the government,colleges and the private sector need a strong alliance.(4)In view of the current situation and combined with the survey results,this study proposes four practical strategies: first,start from understanding the importance of the work of "Wushu entering the campus" to deepen the attention of the leading departments;Second,establish a competition mechanism to promote "teaching" with "competition" and create cultural atmospheres of school martial arts;Third,the implementation of the talent policy and the development of exchange and training activities will jointly improve the construction level of Wushu teacher strength;Fourth,give full play to the school’s advantages and build first-class brands of school martial arts. |
