During these years, with the increase of educational theories, it becomes more difficult for researchers and practitioners to select and practice educational theories.Although the number of educational theories increase, behind the phenomenon of increase, the educational theories lack vitality. To solve this problem, this study tries to define the concepts such as vitality, vitality of educational theory and educational theory full of vitality in the vision of vitality and with comprehensive reference of the principle of Life Science, Philosophy of Life and Knowledge Sociology. Based on analyzing the characteristics of educational theory full of vitality, the study proposes the standards of vitality of educational theory and proofs it by the results of questionnaires and interviews. Borrowing of growth hormone in biology, the study interpret the the connotation and function of "growth hormone" of educational theory, analyzes its objective and subjective conditions of its gestation and makes a thorough inquiry in the internal mechanism of the nurture and the probable thinking mode of nurture growth hormone. Based on the ecological theory, the study proposes the creation mechanism of "the gestation-creation -generation- growth"of education theory with vitality, and define the concept of creational mechanism.As for the mechanism of original educational theory with vitality, this study firstly analyses the affecting factors and the main factors of which are clarified as well as the relations among them, expounds the individual's driving force.Secondly, this study explores the approaches of creating educational theories. After clarifying the characteristics of the forms of creating educational theories, this study probes into the two basic modes systemly, namely adaptation to local condition and the hybrid of subjects, and these would be helpful for researchers to create educational theories with vitality. Finally, this study illustrates the creating procedures of educational theory with vitality. They are as follow:The first step is extracting the basic concepts which is the starting point for interpreting the whole theoretical system based on growth hormone nurturing; The second step is blending vital educational spirit with the framework of original educational system, and carrying out in accordance with the logic norms and the laws of life activities; The third step is reflecting and remedying the entire theoretical system construction from the perspective of well level structure. This part concentrates on the individual's thinking,the form of logical structure and the constructing process of the text frame, highlights the logical starting point and the spirit commander role of the basic concepts, and discussing the constructing mechansim from the concept to the core principles and a series of sub-theories.The whole part shows the subject spirit strength full of rational and flowing asublimely containing in educational theory.Although the "Generation" and "growth" mechanism are discussed in two chapters, but in fact they are the two different aspects of the same issue. In the chpater of "Generation", the author emphasizes on the mechanism of a qualitative change of original educational theory during the process of educational theory from creation to practice in which the original concepts and principle are constantly revised and refined and its content is continuously enriched as well as new educational principles and sub-theory generating continuously. The key feature of this period's educational theory is the increase of the spiritual essence, just like the youth in the peak period of development. From the perspective of social practice construction, the fundamental change of educational theory with vitality results from the cooperation among the practice groups. So this chapter systemly discusses the generation,inside and outside generating mechanism and the unique generating way of the education theory with vitality, especially focusing on the continuous developing and expanding mechanisms and principles of the theory in practice. As for the chapter of "growth mechanism", this study stands on the self-growth of theory, just like mature young adults of human development. This period concentrates on increasing theoretical level or expanding scope with the premise of unchanging the essence of educational spirit so as to highlight how the educational theory with vitality achieves the quantitative growth and self-improving by using the external factors. This chapter mainly emphasizes on the growth logic of different level education theories. And also analyzes the growth mechanis of educational theories with vitality and its different growth modes of different times during the inner intense competition of educational theories and different historical conditions.Based on China's specific state, the last chapter researches on the practical mechanism of creating Experience theory of education, Middle-range educational theory and Basic theory of education among the different levels of researchers standing on the ecologicla environment of different level researchers,and hopes to build a practical research mechanism which can connect different level group while helps them keep their own style. And it also puts forward improving proposal and ideas aiming at the problems and difficulties which each level of researchers faces in education research in China. This is an attempt and effort to make use the conclusions of this research to solve the actual problems in education research of China pertinently.
