With the development of the times and the progress of society,the trend of integration and innovation of multi-disciplinary academic research is becoming more and more clear.In this process,communication,as a starting point for seeking inspiration,plays a unique role.As the main part of the scientific research group,postgraduates have different abilities and needs from other researchers.Their interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior characteristics and influencing factors should be paid attention to,so as to effectively cultivate postgraduates’ interdisciplinary academic exchange consciousness and promote the output of multidisciplinary academic research results.In order to deeply understand the current situation and influencing factors of interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior of postgraduates,firstly,based on combing the relevant literature and theories at home and abroad,this paper uses the questionnaire method to investigate the motivation,communication mode,communication object,communication content,communication channel and communication effect of interdisciplinary scholarly communication of postgraduates,and uses SPSS22.0 descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis were carried out for master’s students who participated in and did not participate in interdisciplinary scholarly communication,so as to find the problems of interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior and summarize its characteristics.Secondly,this paper selects master students with rich communication experience from various majors for interviews,extracts specific elements by using three-level coding of grounded theory,finds specific details,and constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior.Finally,referring to the above research results,this paper puts forward measures to improve the interdisciplinary scholarly communication of postgraduates from three aspects: individual,school and society,hoping to provide reference for the research of interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior in the future.The characteristics are summarized as follows:(1)The interdisciplinary scholarly communication behavior of professional master students is more deeper;(2)Interdisciplinary scholarly communication in double first-class colleges and universities take the first step;(3)There are obvious differences in disciplinary communication behavior.At the same time,the main problems are:(1)The number of exchanges is small and the level of exchanges is simple;(2)Insufficient communication methods;(3)Communication is highly utilitarian.The influencing factors include three dimensions: environmental factors(school influence and peer influence),information factors(source quality,complexity and matching),and personal factors(exchange experience,self-efficacy and personal time).
